Regarding the complaint of the official DP against the refusal of Ilirjan Celibashi to register her faction as a legitimate DP in the elections of May 14, KAS considered the complaint of the "stamp DP" groundless, since the decision of Celibashi on March 9 is a decision intermediate, not the foundation. Therefore, for such a matter, the final word must be given by the chief election commissioner Celibashi himself, and then KAS to express in case of appeal. "Decision of the Commissioner no. 158, dated 09.03.2023 is by its nature an interim decision. He has not given a solution based on the request with no. 1337 Prot., dated 06.03.2023.
