The refusal of the chairman of the Central Election Commission, Ilirjan Celibashi, to register the Democratic Party to participate in the local elections on May 14, has brought harsh reactions from the official DP led by Enkelejd Alibeaj, a faction that expected to be registered for this voting process. . The "stamp" PD did not waste time yesterday after the decision of the chief election commissioner by appealing the case again to the Appeals and Sanctions Commission of the CEC. The legal representative of the official PD, Indrit Sefa, submitted to KAS the 15-page request to annul the decision of Celibashi against the PD and the direct registration of this faction for the May local elections. On the other hand, the Alibeaj group warned that Celibashi should be fired for the serious legal violations he committed yesterday to the detriment of the Democratic Party.

Gazment Bardhi: Celibashi is blackmailable, has nothing to do with the law and the elections
