Veliaj presents 10 iconic projects

Kryebashkiaku: Kemi transformuar çdo cep të Tiranës

Kemi ndërtuar 9 çerdhe të reja, janë rikonstruktuar 34 të tjera. Kemi subvencionuar 50% të kostos së konvikteve dhe duam të vazhdojmë me lotin tjetër për ndërtimin e 19 konvikteve të reja. Për pak ditë përfundojmë ndërtimin te Piramida. Duam që të vazhdojmë të fuqizojmë aplikacione si Tirana ime. Kur kemi mbërritur në bashki në 2015-ën, ne kem pasur një sistem komplet demode. Sot këtë shërbim ta ofron një qytetar për çdo problematikë. E ardhmja nuk është e sporteleve, ku njerëzit rrinë me orë të tëra dhe presin në radhë. E ardhmja është digjitale. Ne duam të shkojmë 100% në një bashki digjitale në 5 vitet e ardhshme. Duam që Tiranën ta kthejmë në hapësirën më të madhe në Ballkan për të huajt, që janë nomadë digjitalë, dhe që fokusohen në shërbime të tilla. Ne do të hapin TechnoHub-in tek 5 Maji”, theksoi ai.

Veliaj: Qytetarët, kryefjalë e Bashkisë së Tiranës

Mandej kreu i Bashkisë theksoi se fokusi i Bashkisë së Tiranës ka qenë për çdo qytetar dhe në çdo cep të qytetit, qoftë në qendër apo në periferi. “Duam të dyfishojmë fondin e komunitetit. Dhjetëra pallate të cilat sot mund të kenë një veshje kapotë, ashensor të ri, ndriçim të ri, një sistem të ngrohjes me panele diellore dhe një administrator që sigurohet që ashensori mirëmbahet, parkingu nuk zihet, që vlera e pallatit vijon dhe mbetet në treg. Dua që në 2023, që është edhe viti i Qytetit Evropian të Sportit, të shkojmë në 100 terrene të reja sportive. Një pjesë kemi filluar t’i përurojmë dhe do të donim që, siç nga viti i Rinisë ngeli Piramida e disa shkolla të reja, duam që nga ky vit i Sportit, Tirana të trashëgojë një ”pajë” me 100 terrene të reja sportive, si diçka që do i mbetet qyteti. Nga programi i Rindërtimit kanë përfituar deri tani 25 mijë e 100 familje në Tiranë. Kemi dhënë 11 mijë grante për ata që kanë vendosur t’i bëjnë riparimet vetë. Kanë përfituar 8000 familje nga riparimi i 526 pallateve; 3000 familje janë përfituese të granteve që kanë pasur një dëmtim më të rëndë dhe më vjen mirë që 3337 familje kanë sot bonusin e qirasë”, nënvizoi Veliaj.
