Today's plenary session took place in unusual conditions, as it was accompanied by smoke and flames, and as a result, it ended within a few minutes.

In an interview on "News Line", Ergys Mërtiri said that former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has taken the opposition hostage and that his only goal is to protect himself from SPAK.

Among other things, Mertiri said that today's budget in the plenary session went up in smoke and nothing was understood, but according to him this is not a problem at all for former Prime Minister Sali Berisha.

"There were only banal things that lead nowhere and these help Rama, and the question is why does Berisha do this?" Berisha has other problems and neither does the budget. But he can only prolong the agony, as Berisha is aiming to defend against SPAK. So if we look at them, they don't have each other's enemies, only SPAK. These are enemies of the Americans. So he says the SKAP of the party, although ministers and former ministers have been punished for this as never before, but again Berisha says that the biggest problem in Albania is SPAK. So they are together against SPAK, since they share towers together", he said.

Among other things, he added that the Democratic Party should have political action, stressing that the damage to the official DP favors the pulpit.
