Runs with a new name and logo/ Meta presents the Freedom Party's plan, reveals the proposals for the 'fate' of Albanian families

The Chairman of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta, today held a roundtable discussion on the fate of Albanian families.

Meta revealed several proposals of the Freedom Party to support the Albanian family, such as support for young couples with loans and encouragement of fertility in the country.

META'S PROPOSALS:

1. First, nurseries and gardens must be built according to European standards. Unfortunately, in Tirana, the capital of the country, we have overpopulated areas, where there are no kindergartens and nurseries, or where parents have to waste time to take their children to the nearest kindergarten/kindergarten.

2. The number of nurseries and kindergartens should be increased, so that we no longer have groups with 40 or more children and where care and attention to each of them becomes very difficult for educators.

3. We must support young families, offering you the possibility that their children are safe and calm in kindergartens and nurseries, while both parents work. For this, it is necessary to extend the schedule of nurseries and kindergartens.

4. For the well-being of our children, we need an increase in the quality of food in nurseries and kindergartens, but also an increase in food quality controls by the responsible structures of the municipality.

-On the other hand, we need to support and encourage new mothers to have more children, offering you better support infrastructures, increasing the number of consultants and health centers, which unfortunately in Tirana, even though the population has multiplied, is not have been added, on the contrary.

-Po ashtu mbështetja e grave dhe vajzave, si pjesë thelbësore e familjes përmes fuqizimit të tyre ekonomik, politik e shoqëror brenda edhe jashtë familjes, luftës kundër dhunës ndaj tyre, dedikimit të programeve të veçanta për nxitjen e start-up-eve nga vajzat dhe gratë, mbështetjes së grave kryefamiljare, forcimit të ndihmës ekonomike për gruan kryefamiljare dhe për të porsalindurit, rritjes së ndihmës sociale për fëmijët në familje me prindër të divorcuar, arsim më cilësor dhe ekonomi më e qëndrueshme janë disa nga prioritetet e Partisë së Lirisë në programin e saj.

-Ndërkohë që thelbësore për forcimin e familjes shqiptare dhe ndalimin e largimit të të rinjve dhe shpopullimit të vendit mbeten veçanërisht politikat fiskale konkrete në mbështetje të saj. Ka shumë shembuj konkretë të politikave fiskale të vendeve të BE-së në mbështetje të familje dhe të të rinjve, qe mund të aplikohen tek ne.

Disa propozime konkrete të Partisë së Lirisë për politika fiskale në mbështetje të familjes:

1.Nënat me 2 dhe më shumë fëmijë të diferencohen në taksimin mbi pagën dhe të ardhurat. (Në kuadrin e barazisë gjinore do të shihet mundësia që këtë të drejtë ta përfitojë edhe babai)

2.Të jepet paga e plotë, për një vit kalendarik, për lejet e lindjes. (Sot jepet 80% e pagës për 6 muajt e parë dhe 50% e pagës për 6 muajt e dytë)

3.Të mbështeten me kredi, deri në 20,000 euro, me interesa të subvencionuara nga shteti, çiftet e reja. 

4.Të mbështetjen me grante deri në 20.000 euro, sipërmarrësit e rinj, deri në moshën 25 vjeç, që krijojnë biznese sociale dhe start-up-e.

5.Të trefishohet bonusi i bebes. (Sot kemi bonusin 40.000 fëmija i parë, 80.000 fëmija i dytë dhe 120.000 fëmija i tretë).

6.Nisur nga përqindja e lartë që ka konsumi i ushqimeve bazë në familjen shqiptare, Partia e Lirisë propozon:

A.Rimbursim deri në 5% të shumës së shpenzuar për ushqimet bazë (ushqimet e shportës), sipas faturave të blerjes. 

B. In particular, for families with children 0-3 years old, create a "Baby Basket", with basic foods and hygiene items, for which reimbursement of up to 10% will be made according to purchase invoices.

7. To establish mandatory life insurance, in preschool, school, recreational and sports facilities, for children aged 0-18 years.  

All these concrete fiscal policies would help strengthen the family and create larger family units with more children.

The family as the core of society is the easiest place to introduce values ??and create change. When families believe they can progress and are able to help their members to move forward, the whole society can do great things and move forward.
