Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha is in Elbasan for the Summer Day celebrations where he said that this place is the capital of this holiday due to the preservation of tradition and the large number of citizens who choose Elbasan to celebrate this day.
In his speech, Berisha said that this day is a symbol of prosperity while he did not spare the political messages where he said that May 14 will bring a deep change and called to support his candidate Luciano Boçi.
"The most heartfelt congratulations to the citizens of Elbasan on this day of joy and celebration for Elbasan, which today is also its capital and that of all Albanians. Pilgrimages from all over Albania have arrived here today, in this context Elbasan is today the capital of national pilgrimage and deserves all the praise for its history and the holiday that it preserved more than others, it deserves it for the white spirit of the citizens towards and I express my satisfaction, but I can't help but emphasize that this day is simultaneously a symbol of change, of blossoming, of change, nature begins and changes its costume, the weather comes next,Berisha said.
