Land value map, another methodology within 2025, new government decision within the next two years

The government is planning another methodology for calculating land value prices in the country. It will be ready by 2025, along with a detailed action plan to fight corruption in the cadastral offices. The plans have been published in the document Priority Policy Measures in the field of the rule of law, issued for public consultation by the Ministry of Justice. The document states that the anti-corruption action plan for the Cadastre is approved within the year 2025. "Significant reduction of corruption cases in the services related to property registration within the year 2025", defines one of the priority measures.
