Prime Minister Rama speaks about the hacking of Gladis Nano's e-mails: They are non-secret communications
Written by SOT.COM.AL 22 Shtator 2022
Prime Minister Edi Rama has commented on the hacking of the e-mails of the former director of the State Police, Gladis Nano. Rama said they were non-secret communications.
In an interview for "Opinion", Rama said that we have harmonized the cyber defense project with data protection.
Rama: They are unclassified email communications, they have a journalistic value. We don't have very important things in our digital systems right now, because we have aligned the entire cyber defense project with data protection.
Is Albania at risk from a possible terrorist act by Iran?
Rama: We have no data to feel threatened, but Iran's regime is wild and can be unpredictable. We are in constant communication, we need to speed up the cyber defense plan, for this reason we have turned to our partners. It is a very expensive financing when we have many other problems. We are well on our way to building the entire cyber system at a reasonable speed.
