The former speaker of the Assembly, Jozefina Topalli, reacted after the decision of the Appeal for the seal of the Democratic Party. Through a status on social networks, Topalli writes that from today the party leaders are appointed by Prime Minister Edi Rama through his courts.

According to her, there was great pressure and provocation by the majority towards the court.

Jozefina: From today, party leaders are appointed by the Prime Minister through the decisions of his Courts. Today's decision is the blackest political decision, taken under the guise of justice, similar in essence to the court's decision in 1946, which decided to shoot opposition MPs.

The power's pressure on the Court, even inside the courtroom, is the most serious provocation of an opposition that tries to preserve pluralism in very complex conditions. From today, the government appoints the opposition.

Practically, today the system of pluralism is at its most dangerous crossroads.

The brutal violence of the crazy decision of the three bent neck judges has put into question everything we have achieved in these 3 decades.

The decision was actually warned by the power in the government and the Parliament, for their shame and those who take over these actions that can lead to uncontrolled explosions of people.

From today, Albanian pluralism threatens existence.
