The former deputy of the Socialist Party, Alqi Blako, was released from prison this Thursday.
The court decided to set the measure 'House arrest' for Bllako, who was behind bars after the charges for the Fier incinerator.
Lawyer Sokol Hazizaj has argued in front of the court that the entire investigative process has been exhausted and that the former deputy of SP Alqi Blako, due to leaving his position as a deputy, has no opportunity to spoil the evidence, evade the investigation or influence the investigative process against him.
