"Letters from hell", when Rama and Ngjela published Enver Hoxha's orders after his death

Written by SOT.COM.AL 20 Shtator 2023

Journalist Blendi Fevziu has shared on social networks an old photo showing Prime Minister Rama and lawyer Spartak Ngjela. The photo was taken in the years 1992-1993, shortly after the creation of the first independent newspaper in Albania, Koha Jonë.
Fevziu said that at the beginning of the 90s, Spartak Ngjela and Edi Rama started publishing a series of articles in the newspaper entitled "Letters from Hell".
Fevzi's post:
Somewhere from the beginning of the 90s, Spartak Ngjela and Edi Rama discovered a new passion. They started to publish a series of articles in the Koha Jone newspaper entitled "Letters from Hell". The idea was for Enver Hoxha, in hell, to start sending letters after letters ordering what to do with the country now that democracy had arrived. The letters were a satire for many of the converted characters at the beginning of democracy and a mockery of the provincialism that began to unfold everywhere.
The photo was probably taken in the years 1992 - 1993 in Tirana. It is not known what could be written now in "Letter from Hell"...
