"Foltorja" attacks the government for depopulation: We lost 35% of the population in Albania, citizens leave because they don't feel safe

Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha yesterday accused Prime Minister Edi Rama of depopulating the country. According to him, in 8 years, 35% of the population left because they do not feel safe. According to Berisha, until today no nation has lost as much as Albania due to bad governance. At the "depopulation or undoing" conference, Berisha emphasized yesterday that Albania has reached a statistic it has never had in history. "In 8 years, we have lost 937 thousand Albanians in the Schengen area alone, over 1 million if you include other countries, that is, about 35 percent of the population in Albania. Never has a nation lost so much in history. From 2014 until today, the number of Albanians has decreased rapidly because the calculable conditions for the departure of Albanians from Albania have been created. One of the most basic conditions is the complete insecurity in which Albanians live today in this country", he declared. Furthermore, Sali Berisha made accusations about the number of people arrested in 2015, saying that out of 37 thousand people put in handcuffs, 80% of them were for civil cases. "Just in one year, in 2015 if I'm not mistaken, 37 thousand Albanians were arrested. 80 percent were arrested for civil cases, which cannot happen except in that country that does not know the law, except where everything is done to violate the citizen, to blacken his life, to make it impossible for him to live. The statistics of 1946 show that 17 thousand Albanians were arrested, that's how many were arrested.
