The head of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, said that the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, will try to use the Association as a pretext at the meeting to be held in Ohrid and will not sign.

Through a post on social networks, Berisha writes that he does not accept after being given an order by Russia, since according to the chief democrat, if the Franco-German agreement is accepted, Serbia should impose EU sanctions on Russia.

Dear friends, a very important meeting for Kosovo, Serbia and the region will take place tomorrow in Ohrid, between the Prime Minister of Kosovo Albin Kurti and the President of Serbia, Aleksandër Vucic, and high representatives of the EU and the USA.

The Franco-German agreement is expected to be signed at this meeting. The Prime Minister of Kosovo stated in Brussels that he was ready to sign the agreement, while the President of Serbia, Vu?i?, said that he accepts the agreement, but does not sign it. As a pretext, he brought out the supraconstitutional Ethnonationalist Association, which he knows well cannot be accepted.

Actually, he is using the Association as a pretext, but the main reason that he may not sign tomorrow is the order from the Kremlin that he does not accept the Franco-German agreement. This is because this agreement requires the harmonization of the foreign policy of both countries with the foreign policy of the EU, which means that Serbia must implement EU sanctions against Russia.
