The lawyer Brizida Gjikondi, referring to her information, said in the ABC News studio that the three main leaders of SPAK are on a visit to the United States of America.
She said that the SPAK prosecutors were called there because they have many "bombastic" cases in hand, including that of the former Minister of Defense Fatmir Mediu in connection with the tragedy of Gërdec with 26 victims.
"I know one last piece of information. The three main SPAK leaders, Dumani, Kraja, and Braho, have been summoned to the US. They have been there for days. It is not known whether it was a planned visit. Don't know all this rush to get there. These people are a trio, who have not only the case of Mediu, but also other bombastic cases", she said.
According to the lawyer, the aforementioned prosecutors are thought to have been called to America to encourage them to give a real shake to the situation and the phenomenon of impunity in Albania.
"It is thought that this trio has been called to America to give a real and hopeful shake-up to the situation in Albania", she added.
