Journalist Eni Ferhati contradicted his colleague Dritan Hila in "Noë with Erla Mëhilli" when the latter said that SPAK is not attacking Ilir Meta and Sali Berisha, but only the party in power.
According to Ferhat, there are also open files for the opposition, where the son of the former prime minister, Shkëlzen Berisha, was interrogated for the "Gërdec" case.
"There are files that were there earlier. They also have a past history regarding the investigative case, for example the CEZ DIA case has been investigated, some evidence and facts have been in the old process. Also, for the Gërdeci case, there is another investigation in addition to Mr. Mediu, the son of the former prime minister was questioned, the former Minister of Justice was questioned, so we also have investigations on the side of the opposition.
If this investigative case for Mr. Dako is being investigated since 2020, why was Mr. Dako not arrested before the May 14 elections? This is a question that can be asked, so there are many question marks," said Ferhati.
