Prime Minister Edi Rama was invited to the show "The Unexposed" on MCN TV, where he talked about the "McGonigal" file and his meetings with the former FBI agent.
Journalist Artan Hoxha was also in the studio, whom Rama publicly thanked for the fact that he released an audio of the communication between the guards on January 21.
"Respect for the contribution you made because you gave justice the opportunity to be freed from a great burden of sin", declared the Prime Minister.
Hoxha also asked Rama about the McGonigal case and whether he is ready to appear before SPAK, if he is called.
"I cannot imagine that the prosecution would open any case and ask for my contribution and I would not give it. The indictment that was filed in what was called by Ylli, the zoological park, has nothing to do with any kind of activity of suspect, nobody's, neither mine nor any official's," said Rama.
