"Rama's draft for the Association a historical scandal"/ Spartak

Lawyer Spartak Ngjela was invited this Friday to Euronews Albania, where he commented on Prime Minister Rama's proposal for the creation of the Association of municipalities with a Serbian majority in the north.

Njjela described the submission of the draft statute to Germany and France as a historical scandal of official Tirana. The lawyer stressed that the state of France has nothing to do with the Albanian territories, since throughout history it has been a key factor for the exclusion of the Albanian territories.

He said that Kosovo should only follow American politics and Washington.

"It was a historical scandal of Tirana. What does France have to do with the Albanian territory? Prime Minister Rama knows that France in 1912 was the main author that the Albanians lost 2/3 of the territory, Serbia took Greece and Montenegro. France is a country that has always been against the vast territory of the Republic of Albania. We don't even expect anything from them, we are under American suzerainty. American policy gave us a state what French policy had taken from us.
