Rama's draft proposal for Kosovo, analyst Ben Andoni clarifies the scenario and casts strong doubts: He took it ready, here's who gave it to him

Analyst Ben Andoni has commented on the draft for the creation of the Association of Serbian Municipalities in Kosovo that the head of government Edi Rama sent to the leaders of Germany and France.

In an interview for Euronews Albania, Andoni emphasized that today Kosovo's relationship with the US is very difficult, adding that the latter has moved to the negotiation part that helps the EU.

Among other things, he raised doubts that the draft that was sent to the European leaders may have been given ready to the head of the government Edi Rama.

"In my opinion, we have cracks in everything. Today we have a very difficult relationship with the USA, and the biggest problem is that while the American side assisted directly in the preparation of documents, today the American side has moved to the negotiating part, which helps the EU. The USA is somehow part of this chaos that is in the entire Kosovo-Serbia relationship that, in my opinion, lacks transparency.

I think the offices in Berlin and Paris have given him a draft. We have no element that we can go to logical judgment, but we can guess. Such drafts take time. The seriousness of approaching such problems requires structures that warn, there are deadlines, and such things are not done as if a simple investigation is done" - he said.
