"Whether or not Mrs. Kim, Mr. Edvin, Mr. Lulzim and anyone else, these are facts", Manjani speaks with names and breaks the strong statement: Ardian Dvorani is not ...

Former Minister of Justice, Ylli Manjani has raised the alarm about the situation in which the justice system in our country is today. According to Manjani, the unfair vetting process has removed from the justice system many good and important judges for our country.
Ardian Dvorani is not corrupt. Nor has it done anything to fight corruption that deserves a Letter of Honor! I do not know if he has investigated or convicted a corrupt person.
He passed the vetting even though he forgot to state exactly.
Neither Sokol Sadushi, Ervin Pupe nor Ilir Panda are corrupt. They too have done nothing to fight corruption.
They have passed vetting despite any slight forgetfulness or any inability to test the sources.
To tell the truth it is not always possible (usually impossible) to prove sources of wealth in conditions of permanent informality.
However, I appreciate that it is good for the system to have uncorrupted judges, i.e. that is not talked about en masse.
The point is that the system has lost many judges and prosecutors who are the same as Dvorani, Sadushi, Pupe and Panda. Some of them even tried the sources of wealth correctly, and yet they left.
Besa Nikëhasani, Gentian Trenova, Antoneta Sevdari, Arben Dollapi, Artan Laze, Ervin Metalla, Fatmir Hoxha, Bashkim Dedja, Altina Xhoxhaj, Dritan Rreshkaj, Besim Hajdarmataj, Fehmi Petku, Isa Mulkurti and many others are losses for the system.
Vetting is unfair and unequal. The suspicion is serious that vetting is even discriminatory! It is provincial and political !!!
Those who pass it usually have it well with monistic power.
The point is that if the Republic treats judges unfairly and not equally, do not expect us to have fair and equal justice for all.
Somewhere anger, somewhere revenge and somewhere the sense of reward of honor to power are much stronger than the sense of justice.
This sensation was achieved by vetting.
Will or not Mrs. Kim, Mr. Edvin, Mr. Lulzim and anyone else.
These are facts!
Sorry I can not mention the names of all the magistrates who were overthrown for the same conditions where Dvorani & co passed vetting.
