For this reason, he declared that DP cannot be registered in the May 14 elections. "In the conditions where the statement is not signed by the party chairman, or the one who legally exercises the attributes, the request for DP has no legal basis and should not be accepted. At the end. DP cannot be registered in the elections, this decision-making is based on the legal assessment of the facts and interpretation based on the law. There is no political or other interest other than that of respecting the conditions", he declared.
