The decision of the KAS has been postponed for the request of the BF, which requested the declaration of invalidity of the prison box in Kosovo in the result for the municipality of Belsh.
Until Monday, BF must complete the complaint and the prison of Kosovo must bring to the CEC information about the prisoners who have voted.
The difference between the two candidates at the end of the counting was 40 plus votes for Arif Tafani of SP, if the request of BF is accepted and the prison box is declared invalid, the result can be overturned in favor of the opposition candidate, Bedri Qypi.
In total, the Together We Win coalition contests 88 votes that it claims should have been declared invalid, but were counted for the SP candidate.
BF has made the same request for the municipality of Rrogozhina, where the Rrogozhina prison box was also decisive in the announcement of the winner.
The request for Rrogozhina will be considered tomorrow.
