Analyst Frrok Çupi, speaking on MCN Live, accused the chairman of the Freedom Party Ilir Meta of being connected to Russian agencies and the head of PD Sali Berisha as the man favored by Iran in Albania.
Çupi said that he is convinced that Berisha will be tried internationally, according to him, for crimes against the region and the USA.
Regarding the last meeting between Ilir Meta and Yuri Kimi, the analyst says that the president of PL is not even lifting a finger after the conversation with the ambassador.
According to Çup, the ambassador dismantled a part of Meta, and from Yuri Kim's meeting with the former President, a message was also given to Berisha.
"There is a factual connection between former President Meta and the Russian agencies and strong connections of Berisha with Russian and Iranian agencies. From the office of the Presidency, the Russian agencies were supplied with classified information. Let's not forget Berisha's connections with Iran. Rumored for so long , with the Russian and Serbian agencies. Berisha is Iran's most favored man in Albania. The last act is the approval of the TAP gas pipeline. It was Iranian financing of 2.2 billion dollars. From this pipeline, Albania has zero benefit, zero credit, zero rent. Berisha admitted that he had two options: Gazprom, where he was offered sums of money, and Iran, which in terms of money cost more than Gazprom. If Iran's agencies, which are now attacking Albania, are attacked by our ties with the USA. Berisha has helped in everything that the Islamic government of Iran has demanded.
Berisha governs an anti-American, anti-Western political group. It's the same with Bin Laden. If you follow Berisha, you are a person who follows this theory. I am sure that at some point Berisha will be tried internationally for crimes against the region and against the security of the USA. Berisha is facing the wall and it is impossible to do politics in Albania anymore. 99 percent of those who follow Berisha are corrupt", said the analyst.
