"Criminal gang led by the prime minister...", Erisa Xixho comes out with a strong statement: Millions of euros have been stolen from Albanians

The vice-president of the Freedom Party, Erisa Xixho, said that VKM, which declared the environmental emergency to pave the way for the incinerator affair, was not based on the law.

Through a statement from the PL headquarters. Xixho said that this is accepted today by the Ministry of Environment, through a draft act that aims to abolish the duties of the Interministerial Committee for the reason that they have no support in the laws in force for waste management. Xixho added that through this affair, the criminal gang led by Prime Minister Edi Rama has stolen millions of euros from Albanians.

She added that although the evidence for the incinerator affair has been in SPAK for 2 years, the prime minister is still not being investigated and according to her, this is a strong evidence for the Special Structure to show its independence.

The mega-affair of incinerators that steals the taxes of Albanian citizens every day is a totally illegal procedure. The facts now made public show quite clearly that VKM with no. 967 of 2013, which declared the environmental emergency in the country thus paving the way for the contracts of incinerators in Fier and Elbasan, was not based on the law.

This is accepted today by the Ministry of Environment through a draft act that aims to abolish the duties of the Interministerial Committee for the reason that they have no support in the laws in force for waste management.

It is this decision of the Committee that the Prime Minister in his statements to the investigative commission considered the "cornerstone" for the legal procedures.

The Ministry of Environment and Tourism itself openly admits that:

"Referring to the legislation in force for the protection of the environment and that for the integrated management of waste, the terminology of the environmental emergency is not provided for, as well as the criteria/conditions on which its declaration or termination by the Committee is supported".

"They do not find support in the legal or sub-legal acts in force, in the field of waste".

Ai është i përfshirë direkt në këtë abuzim galopant me paratë e shqiptarëve të varfër.

Droni qe monitoroi per 6 muaj veprimtarinë e Inceneratorit te Tiranes u tregoi të gjithë shqiptareve se aty nuk ndodh as diferencim as riciklim por vetem groposje te mbetjeve. Pikërisht për këtë groposje, qytetaret kane paguar deri me tani 54 milion dollarë dhe do të vijojnë të paguajnë miliona të tjera per një shërbim që nuk u jepet fare.

Sot Spak eshte I vonuar pasi po mbushen gati 2 vjet  qe ne marsin e viti 2021 kur u depozituan 3 kallzimet per Inceneratoret e Elbasanit, Fierit dhe Tiranes. Faktet e reja si ky qe sot po bejme publike e vene perpara nje pergjegjesie shume te madhe Spakun i cili nuk mund ti shmanget me drejtesise se tij dhe venien perpara saj te gjithe zyrtareve qe kane shkelur ligjin dhe vjedhur parate e vendit me te varfer ne Europe.

Albanians need justice that does not spare the violators of the law, be it the Prime Minister or the last employee. The incinerator file is the strongest evidence for Spak to put an end to the culture of impunity, which has had disastrous consequences in the functioning of the legal state and in the incalculable harm that has been done to the public interest.

Therefore, on February 11, citizens will protest like never before for the removal of the mafia that has taken over the government, starting from the Prime Minister's office. February 11 is the day that every citizen without any distinction will protest against a government that constantly steals from them and that forces young people to leave the country.
