Lawyer Idajet Beqiri considers that the arrest of Vangjush Dako is illegal.
In an interview for Euronews Albania, he said that SPAK made that decision just for the sake of excitement.
"The problem is that we always have to speak on the basis of the facts, evidence and decisions we have so far. If we are going to talk like politicians, or what wing we belong to, we can say a lot of other accusations. If there was something else about Vangjush Dakon, the problem of the file 339 comes up, we may have a lot of hints, we may even be right, but when the answer is given with a decision to dismiss the accusation because his guilt is not proven, it ends here , every discussion that we do is a hoax for opinions, for votes, but it has no meaning," Beqiri said.
