The vision of the Albanians and the paradox of democracy

I still remember when here, 10 years ago, on social networks, the question was raised and thrown into free discussion about what is preventing us from moving forward in the Albanian current situation, not only for the Albanians of the mother country, but also in Kosovo, Macedonia of Montenegro. Looking at the current situation throughout Albania and everywhere in other ethnic areas, we are still facing a general turbulence, where, first of all, political chaos, economic poverty, unemployment, endless immigration and many other phenomena prevail. Dismissals from work, painful reforms, but perhaps appropriate, constitute the loss of hope both in Albania and Kosovo for the majority of young people and they are learning to flee their homeland. The escapes, although Europe has already shown itself harsh towards Albanian asylum seekers, are for economic reasons. There is still no political or economic stability in Albania. There is still no political or economic stability in Albania, but corrupt people continue to rule, who enrich themselves every day with Albanian taxpayers' money, abusing state funds, passive corruption and tenders. These abuses which fall on the tired and exhausted sovereign for a quarter of a century with lies and speculations, with a justice that does not accept decriminalization and reform, and a thousand and one hundred other problems already accumulated for the Rama government, on whose back they fall the faults of the Albanians' 30-year-old policy. Surprisingly, the same political and economic situation also prevails in Kosovo, where popular discontent has reached its peak. Politicians and corrupt rulers, they pay more attention to their external appearance in front of the media, than to invest in solving the acute problems that the state of Kosovo has in many ways, and especially the Albanians in Mitrovica, in Eastern Kosovo, etc. There is still a phenomenon in Europe where hundreds of Kosovars with their families still knock on the doors of Serbian-Montenegro embassies for a passport or other document of this type where they have to declare their Serbian citizenship for documents, actions that are necessarily imposed by the officials of countries where Kosovars are found as asylum seekers over the years. Painful, but true. The sovereign does not ask us to eat the gold with a spoon, as expressed in the early 90s by some truthers who, due to their lack of experience in politics, were washed away before him, but at least preserve some values ??as a nation and develop them by embracing the values ??of the time, finally separating from this painful transition, ending the institutional reforms, guaranteeing what is written in the fundamental law of the state, the constitution of the Republic of Albania and the judges of the "poplars" to retire now that they have completed their working years. Not only in the last few years, but constantly during these two decades of political pluralism, it has happened, and in fact more than in any country in Eastern Europe or the civilized democratic world, corruption has sat cross-legged in the offices of public institutions. The very people who have committed the most abuses, instead of taking punitive measures against them according to the law, in fact, they have already become fatter in the same workplaces that they were before, and not only in customs, taxes which are also the most talked about institutions, but down to the base in local institutions. You hear the word tender at home, in institutions' offices, in cafes, in the cinema, in the theater, simply everywhere and whenever. Albanians, from day to day, are being tendered, or better said, through tenders, from day to day, a part of our state's independence is being swallowed. The matter has gone so far, that if you ask the people, who are involved in the benefits of tenders, and unfortunately there are not a few, what exactly does the word "tender" mean, since they have benefited staggering amounts of money, the same people do not know what this word means and remain as dumbfounded. Local companies and enterprises have gone bankrupt precisely because of the tenders. These phenomena happened for the sole reason that the percentage, or the prey, had to be divided among several people, i.e. for all those people who were on the commission in the tender, and thus many owners of local companies also went bankrupt, as they were forced from their own pocket to carry out the foreseen project according to the announced tender, since their profit has often been below the predicted level. Every mandated government must implement the approved program for increasing the well-being of its citizens, to be a civilized society, yes, but especially at the economic levels of Europe, where we aim to reach. Although such initiatives should have been planned for years, for the long-suffering people to truly enjoy democratic freedom, becoming an inspiration for the Balkans and beyond.
