Only we eat bread, Europe consumes breakfast, lunch, dinner…

The most common panorama every morning in most Albanian families is when especially mothers start shouting: hurry up, come eat bread because you went late to school, you went late to work. The same avaz at both lunch and dinner. The invitation to eat bread is "Made in Albania" because in Europe, an invitation for such an occasion is made with the phrase "order to have lunch" or dinner. It seems simply a change of form, but in this case form is the most concentrated expression of content. We invite you to eat bread because bread is our priority at the table and the assortment with which we fill our stomachs. We (when I say "we" mean the basic rule of democracy, win and speak on behalf of the majority and this majority in our country is on the verge of meeting the subsistence minimum) we continue that in the main meals, lunch and dinner to put in front of family members in most cases a plate and maybe two which if consumed simply, do not even satisfy the appetite that brings daily activity. On the contrary, bread still fills this void. If in the previous system the slogan of the leader was preached that "to produce and consume as many potatoes as possible because it is both a dish and bread", today only bread has remained the queen of living. But its traders are also increasing its price. It is not their fault, they are justified by the increase in the price of flour. This is a common occurrence in a market economy. But in a country like ours where there is no real code of this economy, this brings a burden on the population. And when I say population I mean those hundreds - thousands of families who have members without a job or at a minimum wage of 300. 000 ALL. I agree with the Prime Minister of the country Edi Rama when he states that "the government has no influence on raising - lowering prices" because we old people have learned in the theory of Marxism-Leninism that the price in capitalism depends on supply - demand, but I do not agree with him when he raises his hands to the help he should give to this layer in need. This is because, first of all, the government does not really influence the price of any products, but it has mechanisms that through law enforcement do not let these prices go to the stratosphere. It has in its hands the tax law that for any increase in these prices, forces these traders to pay more in the state coffers, which forces traders not to have interest in their galloping growth. At the same time, the government has in its hands the compensation of its citizens for these prices that increase through various forms. The government does not really have the power to reduce prices, but the government has control over the payments made in all its institutions and also has the right to establish a logical relationship between the well-paid and those who can not make ends meet. the salary they receive. The government boasts that it managed to make the minimum wage 300,000 lekë and calls this its strategic victory, but when it learns that board members in various institutions are paid up to an average of 2.8 million lekë, they tremble. There was a justification for doing science for the benefit of this population, but when you learn that they get this salary because they meet two or three times a month, taking their lunch to the meeting room, everything is unacceptable. When you learn that a simple sanitary ware in KESH is paid up to 560 thousand ALL, you normally ask yourself: What clears this more than a school sanitary ware that is paid almost twice? For the position of the profession, but also for the acquaintances I have, I have happened to consume numerous lunches and dinners with local authorities but also with foreign representatives. I do not want to slander them at all because this is not in my culture, but I want to point out one fact: in all cases they have refused to consume bread. This is quite normal. When you have as much meat and fish on the table as you want, pasta with mussels and various pans, you don't even think about bread. But how can we, the many Albanians, still cook with pots, mostly for economic reasons, and what we cook must be accompanied by bread? I have done a personal investigation of dozens of housewives who know what they think about cooking shows that are already competing with each other on different televisions and from almost all of them I got the same answer: if they too would have the opportunity the maximum that is served to the cooks on these televisions, they would cook even better. The inability to have in the kitchen all the vegetables or food needed for daily cooking forces these housewives to set the dishes on their tables to force them to consume as much bread as possible. We should not leave the ball in the opponent's goal, but also point out some Albanian paradoxes. On the one hand we complain that we do not have bread at home and on the other hand we do not leave any empty tables in the city cafes. While we declare that we have no money in our pocket, almost all of us have cars around the house and even a movement of one km we want to do with it. Or that other Albanian nature that we have as much as we can, when we do not breathe our eyes. The former PD deputy and later our ambassador to Greece, Vili Minaroli, gave me a good lesson in this regard. Almost 20 years ago, after a complaint he made to me as an MP of my constituency, he helped me to defeat the bureaucracy within the laws of this state and gain a right that belonged to me. As a token of gratitude I gave him some reward alternatives, but he with a clear mind and very kindness agreed to have lunch together. When we went to the restaurant we were going to have lunch, I called the waiter aside and ordered him not to come to take orders, but to bring to the table the best cooked that day. And I did not forget to tell him that when he saw that we had consumed them all, he would repeat the order. I noticed that when the full table was set, Minaroli twisted his face with the displeasure that so many mezers had come. After almost two hours he saw that I wanted to talk to the waiter and when I told him I would tell him to bring something else, he laughed and asked me if I had consumed so much at lunch yesterday. When he asked me if I would consume so much tomorrow and I said no, he naturally addressed me: then why should we lie on our stomachs today or let the sea become yogurt. So for a continuation of life, we must first think of ourselves in daily consumption and be rational by not exceeding necessity, but also the state as the most powerful of us all to think that its citizens are equal before God. Let them take millions for themselves because they "broke down while driving quietly", but also to think about a living wage that meets the vital things in our daily lives. But today’s ratio of payments to 1 in 10 is frightening and is not a true reflection of capitalist laws. Such a report is probably permissible in a private activity but not in the state one, as it happens today in our country. but also to think of a living minimum that meets the vital things in our daily lives.
