Every day, the lives of innocent people escape from this world, but the guilty, even though they are known, are not punished. In the first two weeks of March alone, nine people died, five from car accidents and another four from the weapons of criminals. Murders in the country have now become mere statistics, because no preventive measures are taken by those who have the law in hand. It must be said that whoever oppresses with a car, kills with a gun, or does not punish the guilty, in the end are not people, but criminals. Who are to blame for such tragedies? First, there are the crazy drivers, faded from the luxurious life, who violate the traffic rules. These, even though they are known as repeat offenders of traffic rules, are still allowed to speed to the curb. Such was the case of the young man who accidentally killed himself and two girls with the capriciousness that characterized him in the Roundabout of TEG, who, although he had been punished five times in three months, was still allowed to go free in his capacity. Even the police seemed to be amused by the speeding photos he posted on social networks and the dizzying races he made almost every day on the highway towards Farka, often endangering the lives of the residents of this area. He took three lives to the grave, but we were surprised by the response of a traffic policeman, who, when asked about this case, said: "the law does not provide for license suspension in these cases!!" What is this law that wants to kill people and then penalize the driver? Who is worth the penalty after the accident? How many times have there been such gangster drivers, they collided and killed people, they damaged various objects, but they continued on the path of tyranny, because they are the sons of bosses and rulers. These mediocre young people, who do not know how to do any worthwhile work in their lives and do not know any rules of human morality, try to compensate for their emptiness by selling Range Rover cars, open the window to see the clock expensive "rolex", thinking that this is how others compete. Their life is hashish, nightclubs and pubs, shooting tires near schools to attract the attention of girls and speeding on the streets to show off. Those who cause accidents are spoiled sons or daughters of fathers, who do not know where to spend the stolen money, or have great political support. The lack of signage is also a source of accidents. On this highway, but often also on the axes of the main roads, not only lighting, but also special signs are missing. However, in some streets of the Capital there are collisions between traffic lights and pedestrians. Such is, for example, the traffic light at the intersection of Elbasan Street, which opens both for passers-by and for vehicles that take the road to the right of Lana. The same happens at the intersection at Kafe Europa, where with the opening of the green signal, both pedestrians going to Skënderbej Square and cars coming from Avni Rustemi Square must cross. This situation is repeated at other intersections, such as at the "Ufo" University, where the small ring road intersects with the road that continues to the former train station, at Banga e Albania with the road to the Çam market, etc. While in some other intersections, traffic lights and white lines are completely missing. In Sauk, signage is completely missing, especially at the Sanatorium roundabout and at the intersection of the old road to Elbasan with the 9-year-old school "Qemal Ataturku", where accidents have occurred several times and the lives of passers-by, especially the students of this school, are seriously endangered. Every morning and afternoon, you will see the parents of hundreds of students who use their hand to send and pick up their children from school. Indeed, in this law there is an article that states that summary trial does not apply to crimes that are punishable by life imprisonment, but I think that this should also include the category of persons who are repeat offenders in other criminal offenses, and who are documented to have such by the police.
