The bourgeois system, when it serves you, enables a peaceful career and enormous wealth!

Last Thursday, I was following Fevzi's "Opinion". It was about the salaries and assets of politicians and senior statesmen of the country, starting from the Governor of BSH, SPAK, the holders of the state pyramid, and the deputies. It is enough to see this "pyramid" of salaries, to understand what a social gap has been created among the Albanian society. But even more "interesting" is the disparity created between the movable and immovable property of the leading elite of the state, with ordinary citizens, and especially with pensioners, invalids, quadriplegics, unemployed workers in the city and in the countryside, and with the youth who has taken the crooked path. Today we can say without fear, that the caste of pashalars and former bejlers has completely risen, which grazes on the back of the raja of the Albanian city and village. This panorama, has already become common and acceptable for everyone, so the new "pashalars", for each year, fill out the relevant forms, declaring without blushing, the salaries, profits and assets they have and add them as in the tale of "One thousand one night". This is the reason that even Fevzi's "opinion" about the salaries and assets of the rulers, went without any special attention, except for the usual debates of three or four analysts in the studio, which served more as a garnish for the show. Even I, the writer of these lines, would have conveyed the "opinion" in question with a smile, but when the name of the President of the Republic appeared on the studio screen, and next to his name, the same salary and wealth figures as the pashalars. other political and state elites, I stopped in the country. These salaries and riches, my former colleague, he had provided when he was in the ranks of the Armed Forces, so I am stopping to debunk the big difference with the salaries and assets of his colleagues, of the same structure, as was that of the Armed Forces. Mr. Begaj, after graduating from high school for medicine, joined the structures of the Army, and he spent his entire career in the capital, where he had the opportunity to attend dozens of seminars, while obtaining qualifications in the field of medicine and other fields. , inside and outside the country, securing himself the chair of management offices in the Ministry of Defense, up to the chair of the Chief of the General Staff, including the rank of major general. Now what is the truth, the level of the Chief of the General Staff cannot be reached in any way, without passing one by one the steps of the hierarchy from the platoon to the Brigade and Division. and without being tried in training with divisions and units of all levels of the army. But let's overcome this "democracy issue", and jump into the "free" transition of our character to the biggest state chair, that of the President, which forced the latter to declare openly in the ILDKPKI, the tangible assets of real estate, inherited from the Army, wealth which has increased and multiplied, as if he had "Aladdin's Lamp"! On June 4, 2022, the Assembly of Albania, with a majority of socialist votes, elected Mr. Begaj to the post of President. For this election, the press of the day, among others, emphasized: "Bajram Begaj has served for 31 years in the army. Before assuming the post of Chief of the General Staff of the Army, he served as Commander of the Training and Doctrine Command, Head of the Military Medical Unit, Director of the Health Inspectorate and Chief Inspector and Advisor of the Health Inspectorate at the General Staff of the Armed Forces, and from July 2020, in the position of Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces. Professionally, Begaj is a negatively inflected name. As far as wealth is concerned, he is not left behind by politicians and senior statesmen. According to the data, that CAN. al has provided from ILDKPKI, Begaj's wealth is tens of millions, both in movable property and in real estate. His properties extend from Tirana, Kashari, Lundra, Gosa and Llogaraja. Begaj and his wife declare several bank accounts, which have their source from their salaries in the state, but also in private. Begaj declared three residential apartments". ILDKPKI has also reflected this wealth in detail. Therefore, I will note below only some of these assets (in currencies and assets), which attract attention:

Së pari: -Sipas deklarimit përkatës, përveç të ardhurave nga pagat shtetërore, (Begaj në Ushtri dhe bashkëshortja në KLSH), ata kanë patur të ardhura edhe nga klinika mjekësore private, dhe si pedagogë të jashtëm në Universitetet private “Kristal” dhe ai “Amerikan”, por dhe të ardhura gjer në masën 3000 euro nga konsulencat në spitalin Amerikan, në spitalin ”Acibaden”, dhe në “Ansige”. Në këtë rast lind pyetja: Si mund të punosh në klinikë private dhe të japësh leksione e konsulenca në universitete, dhe spitale private, kur je në detyra të rëndësishme, gjer Shef i Shtabit të Përgjithshëm i Ushtrisë dhe nëpunëse e KLSH-së?

Së dyti: -Sipas deklarimit të Begajt, familja e tij zotëron jo vetëm një dyqan të blerë, jo vetëm tri apartamente të blera apo të dhuruara nga prindërit dhe vëllai emigrant, por edhe sipërfaqe tokë në Kashar, në Lundër e në Gosë të Kavajës, tokë që e paskan marrë me ligjin 7501! Mirëpo ligji 70501 u jep sipërfaqe toke vetëm atyre që kanë qenë anëtar të Kooperativave Bujqësore, dhe jo nëpunësve të shtetit, dhe aq më pak oficerave të ushtrisë.

Së treti: sipas deklaratës së Begajt, familja e tij ka në ponësi 1/3 e një objekti të ushtrisë në Llogara, marrë pa shpërblim. Kjo nuk ka nevojë për koment, sepse nuk është objekti i vetëm i ushtrisë që u është dhënë privatëve, dhe shefave ushtarakë, ku Shef Shtabi ishte vetë Begaj.

Së katërti: Në llogaritë e të ardhurave monetare, zoti Begaj fut jo vetëm shpërblimet për punën e mirë që ka bërë, por edhe “kompesimet” e ushqimit prej 20 mijë lek të reja në çdo muaj, dhe po çdo muaj edhe kartën 10 mijë lekëshe të reja të telefonit celular. Kjo është kaq absurde për dy arsye: Ushqimet falas ushtaraku i konsumon kur qëndron nërepart pë disa ditë pa shkëputje, por jo të shkojë në shtëpi, dhe ushqimin që nuk konsumoi, ta kompesojë me të holla. Ndërsa akoma më absurd është karta e telefonit, kur ushtaraku gjatë shërbimit duhet të flasë me mjetet e ushtrisë, dhe jo me celularët, të cilët kapen jo vetëm nga hakerat, por edhe nga pronarët e celularëve. Nëse ka ndonjë ligj apo VKM në favor të këtij privilegji, atëhere del se Ushtrinë e kemi kthyer në “BIG Brodher”-Vip! Nuk do të vijoi më tej, sepse është e mjaftueshme për të kuptuar se kur korrupsioni ndodh në radhët e ushtrisë, ku presupozohet të jetë shtresa më e pastër e shoqërisë, merreni me mend se çfarë ndodh në sektorët e tjerë të ekonomisë, të kulturës, të arsimit, etj. etj. Tashmë është e qartë që piramida e korrupsionit në administratën tonë shtetërore, ia kalon dhe piramidës së Keopsit. Ajo, siç duken bathët, nuk do të mund të shembet as nga SPAK-u i famshëm,  i cili, për ironi të fatit, qysh në hapat e parë duket se është bërë KAPS.  Piramida jonë e korrupsionit do të mbetet në këmbë, duke rivalëzuar “madhështinë” e piramidës së Lashtësisë, sepse është ngritur, jo me tulla e gurë, si dikur,  por me euro e dollarë të zhvatura nga djersa e skllevërve modernë të shekullit njëzet e një.
