The general public high school "Petro Nini Luarasi" is not only an advanced public teaching structure, but is successfully modeling the school of the future in our country. There are five main reasons for this performance of hers. First, "Petro Nini Luarasi" realized the full online registration of students for this school year 2021-2022, saving parents time and queues to wait in front of the school door, for extended physical registration procedures. Now, each parent of the 1220 students of the school has in e-mail and his / her mobile phone the communication addresses, not only with the teacher / caretaker of his / her child, but also of an administrator, responsibility of the school, as well as of the doctor of her psychologist. Secondly, "Petro Nini Luarasi" is a quality school, because it fanatically maintains the average grade for each of its students of 8.5. This level of quality in student scores has not been achieved even by non-public high schools in the country, despite the greater financial opportunities they have had. The passing rate achieved in June 2021 was 100%, while the average grade achieved in June 2021 was 8.7. The percentage of students passing the State Matura 2021 was 99.7%. Students Rozana Leka, Graciela Lugja, Casey Kordha, Helena Stroka and Griselda Harremi during the academic years 2018-2021 have achieved excellent results, which have been reflected in the State Matura Exams 2021. They have been proposed to the Local Education Office of Tirana for Medals Golden. The school offers teaching of four foreign languages: English, German, French and Italian, as well as new modules of interest to the student every year, such as Career Counseling program, public speaking, etc. The school has clubs from different departments that are open to the community. The school teachers are part of the drafting and evaluation team of the national State Matura Program. A quarter of school teachers are textbook authors. Teachers of some subject teams (mathematics, physics, etc.) have made model video tutorials, as well as lessons in the divulgative channel "RTSH Shkolla". Out of 8 professional networks set up by the Local Education Office in Tirana, 5 of them are run by teachers of the school "Petro Nini Luarasi". Third, the school, both with its teaching staff and its students, is extremely active in national and international projects and programs. In the EU Project "EU4AL- Debate between high schools in Tirana", the school took first place and in "EU4AL- Debate between high schools in the districts", took second place. Won the first place "The best modern dance" in the online festival "Art Fest 6", organized by the Municipality of Tirana, in the most difficult days of the pandemic, returning meaning and the necessary spaces to life. In the Exhibition of paintings "My Hero", the school took first place. Successfully participated in the Project with the Albanian Parliament "Representatives of the Student Parliament in the regional online conference on Anti-Semitism", in the international project "E-Twinning on Climate", which involved with their work students of 12th grade them, while in the Project "E-Twinning I, You and the media", were involved with their work students of grades 10 C and 10 E. With added value was also the Project "E-Twinning" with the theme "Culture, Albanian and European art in the years 1960-1980 ”, with the talented history teacher and Deputy Director of the school Mirela Novruzaj. "Petro Nini Luarasi" successfully cooperates with universities, such as the project "Measuring electricity efficiency", in coordination with the University "Marin Barleti", or with Western embassies, where the project "On English speakers" stands out, led by representatives of Regional Office of English Language and representatives from the Office of Education and Culture of the US Embassy in Tirana. Fourth, the school is fertile ground for mainstream clubs, but also initiatives to help seniors or low-income families who can not afford to buy new books. Such was the initiative of the Student Government "Donate your textbooks". On the second floor of "Petro Nini" were collected dozens of books in very good condition, which were donated to students of families in need. Another beautiful and future initiative was the cooperation of the school Career Club with the Career Office at the Municipality of Tirana. The school is now aiming to digitize 40% of the annual subject hours, anticipating the challenges of the time and introducing information technology more widely. Fifth, but not the last of the importance (even the most important), "Petro Nini Luarasi" is seeking to be finally profiled as a community school, in full service of the parents of students, but also of the wider community around the school. On August 31, a congratulatory message was sent to all parents, along with the internal regulations, the schedule of classes for the improvement of knowledge for the period 1-24 September 2021, the map of the school orientation and the explanation for the implementation of the schedule. In October 2021, each parent received the full-time teaching schedule. The parent community reacted in the absolute majority positively to this communication initiative. Caregivers inform the parent in real time if the child has health problems, or has not attended school. Due to this capillary communication, the pedagogical staff-parent connection is stronger than in previous years, as parents receive more information and communicate more closely with teachers. This is how they get to know each other better. The caretakers themselves, under the care of the dedicated school principal Teuta Braçaj, in each class under their responsibility have created the What's App network to communicate with students' parents. This network works every day with valuable communications for the health of students in the first place, but also for the learning progress. These are five main reasons from a much larger number of reasons and results that orient "Petro Nini Luarasi" towards being not only an elite school, but also a model for the future of pre-university education in our country.
