Alignment as a barricade against the despionization law!

Alignment as a barricade against the despionization law!

The initiative of the SP-PD MPs for the total opening of the files and the cleaning of politics from individuals with a dubious past, who have been collaborators or informants of the former state security under any circumstances, has raised tensions and sparked many debates among the MPs who are divided for and against this law. In essence, the law aims to clean up politics from those who, for the services they have rendered to the most vicious weapon of the communist system, should not enjoy the right to be representatives of the people or in leadership positions of the executive or legislature. The law is not directed against nominal names. This perception is more of those who have the fly under their hat! If it were like that, it would not be successful, it would be a compromised act. Laws have a general character and serve the whole society. So they are not for emergencies or clearing accounts, even worse for eliminating political opponents. This law has found support from the deputies of the SP and the official DP led by Enkelejd Alibeaj. It has faced fierce opposition and fiery debates from deputies of "Reestablishment" led by Sali Berisha and PL led by Ilir Meta. They are lined up face to face on two fronts, the supporters of the law and those who oppose it in all forms, even with ridiculous arguments. Alignment against the law of total opening of files, as well as the de-spying of Albanian politics, severely compromises those who have opposed this law, without any objective reason and without motivation even though they try to argue with empty statements that the law will have a negative effect, I will influence the division of society or political and direct revenge between those who have become victims of espionage and those who have spied on colleagues, friends, associates or people with whom they had tribal, blood or blood relations. Among the opponents, lined up against the law in the first echelon, PL is listed. Thus, Erisa Xixho, deputy of this party on behalf of the party she represents, stated in the debates in the Laws Commission that:- I expected to have an initiative for the dismissal of the members of the file authority who were voted by this assembly and have great responsibility , of an office near the government and with methods worse than state insurance. If this parliament was honest, it would have been discussed today about the proposal that has been sleeping in the parliament's drawers for seven months, about oil, indexation of salaries. Today we discuss an act that has been put before us at this table, to the shame of the majority, initiated by an illegal procedure and authority, set in motion by an anonymous e-mail. All this law, in fact before an alibi, for all the scandalous actions, blackmailing the authority of the files. In the file that claims the author, the name Ilir Rexhep for Metaj is not at any time. I have Mr. FT's statement, made in 1990, which at no time clearly states his claims and Ilir Rexhep Metaj has not expressed himself. Xixho connects the entire content of the law with the name of the chairman of PL Ilir Meta. Here he directs all the arrows to create the idea that the law has only one goal. Ilir Meta. On the same wavelength, in the same line-up, is also Bylykbashi, which declares that: - We must restore the 2008 lustration law with mechanisms to remove those who have caused that disaster, starting with those political leaders who set up that communist criminal system. If we had done it on time and the 1995 law had worked properly, the SP would not only have been emptied, but would have been quickly filled with new blood. It is distorted like this because this did not happen and you asked in 2008 to overturn the lustration law. Those who are alive and have suffered, are not just morally violated, but if we discuss something concrete: this thing either becomes good, or it becomes dirty. Since you say it wasn't done right in 1995, let's do it right. For Balla's proposal, it contradicts the Constitution's jurisprudence. The authority is an administrative body, but it does not have judicial powers by law. This proposal violates two things: It violates legal security, who wanted to take the 1995 commission's decision to court; the decision that the Authority will take will call into question a previous decision and this competence is taken from the court. I think that the files are all open, they are consulted in the way the law determines. If they were classified, they would be declassified by the Authority's decision whether they should be opened or not.'- said Bylykbashi. Discussion on the same line as Xixha! The MP, Fatmir Mediu, has also lined up on this line, creating a three-cornered stance against the law. For MP Mediu: - These files should be opened for everyone, but in our position we cannot moralize the politically persecuted, we cannot demand the opening of the files of the politically persecuted, there is pressure, terrible stories within the family. If we did not give them the opportunity to rehabilitate and there is no one in charge, return to their properties, let's not make toys at their expense. None of us have the right to discuss the attitude of those people, their sisters, brothers, fathers have been shot. It would be unfair and immoral on our part. We must rule it out in order not to add pain and problems. But why this alignment and prejudice, which they did together and placed in the same barricade the MPs of PL, "Reestablishment" and the Republicans? Add here, the entire barrage of propagandists, journalists and analyst-opinionists who have joined the chorus against the law! What is the motive that unites the Bermuda triangle, these three political forces to speak the same language, with the same vocabulary and showing the same prejudices? The whole effort is sabotaging the law. His devaluation. Derailing an initiative that has only one goal: To finally clean up politics. Stay away from those who have cooperated with the state security, whoever they are. To heal the wounds that were opened in the dictatorship, but that are still bleeding. And finally, there should be no more blackmailable individuals in the ranks of politicians and high officials. To end once and for all the debate of labeling with nicknames, which our political leaders parade on the catwalks when they want to blackmail their opponents. And such a law will give Albanian politics a new dimension. Politics will get rid of spies and informers. Society and Albania will gain the prestige it deserves, without the scars that have followed it thirty years after the fall of the communist system. After this law,
