Every year in the period August - October, different rounds are organized to gain a right to study in higher university schools. Once three rounds of registration are organized, this year there are only two rounds and next year, according to mathematical logic, there will be only one round. But this is false, because every new academic year future students no longer believe in our education system and our universities, which are not at any time part of the world ranking for the best universities in the region, continent and beyond. They should urgently be turned into centers of cell studies, become centers of in-depth scientific research, be put at the service of the economic development of the country, of social and social policies and at the service of the general public interest.
