The US and England declared him and his family non-grata, later lost the DP leadership trial, and miserably lost the May 2023 local elections. Each time he lost, he used the ``Big Lie'' strategy to justify defeat, a strategy used by Goebbels and Hitler but which has found widespread use all over the world after World War II to this day. Being such a pathological liar that he believed his own lies after a while and convincing even his loyalists who were not so ignorant as not to understand, but dependent on him or on gifts given with interest or because they were former security collaborators, or were law breakers, they continue to this day polluting Albania, Albanian society, publishing writings and articles in the world under foreign names against their country, appearing every day and vomiting bile in the media bought by him, and doing everything to survive so that he does not appear before the law for the violations of the law he has committed; so the end justifies the means, he even insults the American ambassador and everyone else. Now it has entered his head to take the leadership of the Opposition again, which is persistently rejected by the USA, England, and the EU, but by spreading ``Big Lie'' every day, which damages Albania in the eyes of the EU but also itself. the Albanian society, which teaches you that you can deceive and lie without getting a thorn in your foot. But what is the Big ``Lie''? Medically, pathological lying usually begins when a person is in adolescence. They often continue the pattern for years. This behavior can be part of a personality disorder such as antisocial, narcissistic and histrionic. Other conditions, such as borderline personality disorder, can also lead to frequent lying, but these are not considered pathological. Also, some people just lie pathologically but have no other conditions. It is not clear whether pathological liars realize that what they are saying is not true. Some people believe the things they say, even when those things are clearly false. Other pathological liars will admit they lied only when their lies are proven false. Psychiatrists have known pathological lying for hundreds of years. It is also called "pseudologia fantastica" or "mythomania". It is not listed as an official diagnosis in the psychiatric guide called DSM-V (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders). But it is a real and worrying situation. In reality, the ``Big Lie'' became Hitler's strategy through Goebbels in order to win the support of the masses. "If you tell a big enough lie and keep repeating it, people will eventually believe it. The lie can only be sustained as long as the state can protect the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. Thus, it becomes vitally important for the state to use all its powers to suppress dissent, for truth is the mortal enemy of falsehood, and therefore, truth is the greatest enemy of the state." This is an excellent definition of the ``Big Lie'', however, there seems to be no evidence that it was used by Nazi propaganda chief Joseph Goebbels, although it is often attributed to him. The OSS (the Office of Strategic Services) psychological profile of Hitler described his use of the big lie: His main rules were:

Në raportin e tyre të vitit 1964 mbi një tekst të fabrikuar antisemitik të botuar për herë të parë në Rusi në vitin 1903, anëtarët e Nënkomitetit të Sigurisë së Brendshme të Senatit shprehën besimin e tyre se "shitësit ambulantë" të pamfletit të zhveshur përdorën "teknikën hitleriane të 'gënjeshtrave të mëdha'" jo vetëm si një mjet për të promovuar sulme antisemitike, por edhe për të shfrytëzuar frikën amerikane nga ndikimi komunist. Psikologë, psikiatër dhe të tjerë kanë shpjeguar pse funksionon teknika e gënjeshtrës së madhe. Dr. Ramani Durvasula, një psikolog klinik i licencuar dhe profesor i psikologjisë i cili është ekspert i çrregullimit të personalitetit narcisist dhe abuzimit narcisist thotë se: Përsëritja është e rëndësishme, sepse Gënjeshtra e Madhe funksionon përmes indoktrinimit. Gënjeshtra e madhe pastaj bëhet baza e saj e provave - nëse përsëritet mjaftueshëm, njerëzit e besojnë atë dhe vetë përsëritja pothuajse tautologjikisht bëhet mbështetje për Gënjeshtrën. ... Në përfndim, sipas Dr. Dreë Curtis mbi gënjeshtarët patologjikë, ai pohon sesi njerëzit më të pandershëm rreth nesh ngrihen ndonjëherë në krye në fusha si politika dhe shitjet. Ndoshta politika është një fushë që tërheq gënjeshtarët e mëdhenj dhe i shndërron shpejt njerëzit e ndershëm në liderë të pandershëm. Kjo po dodh sot në Shqipërinë tonë kapitaliste, dhe është detyra e çdo drejtuesi demokrat të ndershëm të distancohet nga non-gratta dhe të përpiqen për të ringritur një Opozitë konstruktive që të ri-marrin pushtetin dhe ta integrojnë Shqipërinë në BE.
