Why should citizens pay twice for the same "goods"?!

Why should citizens pay twice for the same "goods"?!

The Albanian police counts in its ranks a full 10,958 active policemen, this figure of 2017, which will most likely be exceeded today in 2023. Currently, Albania is among the countries with the largest number of police officers per inhabitant. A total of 392 policemen per 100,000 inhabitants, or 75 policemen more than the European Union average. And yet we have the number of crimes at the "European" level, and even beyond it. Taking into account that almost half of the population of young and active age is found in emigration, here in the country, as possible contingents of crime, there remain the elderly, children, teenagers, schoolchildren and students, which is incredible. Crime is not among these contingents. He has his "nest" in the oligarchs, business, politics, power and his own weapons of violence, or equipped with them. However, when there are serious crimes, like the one yesterday on Top Channel, the Ministry of the Interior, together with the General Directorate of the State Police, issue the enviable offer of 100 thousand euros, for those who will show the criminals. . . 11 thousand policemen, with all the combat equipment of the highest level, although they receive not small salaries from citizens' taxes, they require another 100 thousand euros to carry out the task, for which they were once paid by the citizens! Note: one policeman has 254 citizens in custody! Even if, in addition to guarding, he also made a guard, it would be enough for their safety from crime. with all the military equipment of the highest level, although they receive not small salaries from citizens' taxes, they ask for another 100,000 euros to carry out the task, for which they were once paid by the citizens! What are the reasons for this inability of the police to maintain order?

-Lack of moral, physical and special training of the police force.

- The undignified treatment of most of the police force, with salaries, clothing, etc.

- The politicization of this structure, which every time the governments change, the chiefs and even the policemen change, not reaching the appropriate level of experience in the fight against crime.

-Once the police was part of the armed forces, while today it is called the "Police Organization", with the prospect of turning it into an "Association"! And this greatly affects its quality.

- The police have no support from the people, and they entrust all the information to the Cameras of shops and streets. But the latter, as was established a few days ago, had passed into the hands of the capobandis.

- And the most important: Once the Albanian police was called "People's Police", while today it is called "State Police". And the statesmen, what is the truth, he has protected them. Just as he has protected and protects the oligarchs and businessmen, from the protests of the citizens when they demand their rights. As for the people, it has not protected it and will not protect it in the future either!

"Et cetera, et cetera" - would say Lawyer Ngjela! SOLUTION? The police, with their bosses up to the Ministry and the Government, are paid to ensure public order and peace. When they do not perform this duty, they should at least resign. Citizens do not have the duty to pay "twice for the same goods"!
