Politics, opium for Albanians

Politics, opium for Albanians

Much has been written and said these days about morality in general, but especially about morality in politics. The successful politician must be guided by moral principles. Our political scene is more like the Turkish soap operas that have filled the Albanian screens, than serious politics. Intrigues, tricks, mudslinging of the political opponent have priority over political analysis and serious development strategies. In such an environment it is difficult to talk about maintaining the moral integrity of the politician, which in particular applies to politicians who are considered successful. The period in which which the Albanian society is living today here in the mother country, Kosovo and North Macedonia, is slowly adapting to the war and such political behavior, so such a thing is now considered as a completely normal way of living, but outside the normal that should be inspired. Opium, fraud, not keeping one's word, the gradual total destruction of political morality, are tools that are currently being dictated in the political war as dangerous for Albanian society. The transition from one party to another, the immoral candidacy to be a representative of the sovereign who does not questions at all after ascending to the throne, the unfair use of the state position, are considered normal actions of an unhappy society. Slowly, two types of morality are appearing in our society that have nothing in common. The morality of politics and public life on the one hand and the morality of the common man on the other. The morality of the common man aims to achieve ideals in infinity, implementing the orders, duties and obligations that the state determines, while the representative of this state, in a completely different and perplexed contrast, acts against his interests and the citizen's. The Albanian society in its entire space must obligatorily eradicate already the intertwined scenes of the leadership and politicians to strip themselves of the excessive doses of political morality and be equal to the society, because it is far ahead, much, much ahead than party leaders and parliamentarians. Statesmen, politicians and policy makers must necessarily do their best to fulfill electoral promises, to develop a civilized society, but especially at the economic levels where we aim to integrate. We want this long-suffering and exhausted people to truly enjoy democratic freedom, becoming a balcony of inspiration for the Balkans and beyond. The main preoccupation of the electorate is that politics should not be a source of conflicts, but development and well-being. This is how the people go after the parties and not be opium for Albanians. Young people want to enjoy their youth, live life, have fun, and other phenomena of life. Unemployment in our country is becoming a more pronounced phenomenon, given the prolonged transition. We have many young graduates, but we cannot find them a job. These graduates, after leaving the university halls, try to find a job, matching their qualification. But they are desperate, of course also disappointed, they curse themselves for not being able to repay their parents for their efforts for years, sacrificing financially to educate them. As a result, many young people who finish secondary education, choose to drop out of school and try to emigrate or stay in Tirana in search of a simple job to survive. We think that the state, the responsible bodies, the associations, should take considerations, even taking examples from other Eastern European countries, which have succeeded in this problem. With the opening of the debates on this delicate topic, the interest in solving the employment of young people is increasing. The various social organizations, which in Albania have a majority, many eyes, operate only in the context of receiving donations for themselves and their relatives, or pay print and electronic media to reflect their activity without any kind of activity.
