For lawyers who defy the law

For lawyers who defy the law

"Civilization has led to the fact that it is no longer important who is right and who is wrong; it is important whose lawyer is better or worse" - wrote the German publicist Vilhelm Schwebel. Practices in our country have shown that there are many lawyers who make wrong interpretations of the law, to unfairly benefit the client they protect. Violators of the law are monitored, investigated, handcuffed and handed over to the court for sentencing. They are of different categories, criminals, murderers, thieves, rapists, drug users and producers, violators of traffic rules and other offenses provided for in the law. It is known that the law is one for everyone, both for the offender, as well as for the judge and the lawyer, so there is no need to have different versions in its interpretation. The law may not be well known by its offender, but not by the investigator, prosecutor, judge and lawyer, who are professionals in this regard. There are cases where the violation of the law is flagrant and in the "argued" defense of the lawyer, the court gives "justice!" Doesn't the lawyer know the law better than a prosecutor who has filed a lawsuit and than a judge who gains innocence for his client? Such illegal practice evidences the influence of two factors: either the incompetence of the judge, or his corruption by the lawyer. And how can a lawyer who defends and claims innocence for a criminal who has killed people have morals and a clear conscience? These days we see some "Hellenized" lawyers, only that they benefit financially from dubious Greek circles, who try to protect Beleri, even though they know very well his criminal past and the legal way of arresting him. Albanian law clearly states that buying and selling votes is electoral corruption and is punishable by law. Beleri is convicted of murder, has made discriminatory appeals to the Albanian nation and has repeatedly sought to "plant" monarcho-fascist Hellenism in the ancient stones with Albanian roots of Himara. And what kind of national dignity, personality and legal training can such lawyers have, who for some stinking money commit offenses against Albanians on television and want to feed the public inside and outside with Greek neo-fascist tales that Beleri is innocent! Even such lawyers and sold analysts are proud that "they are Greek" and they are not ashamed, when they say that "99% of Himara is Greek, even the Albanians came from the Caucasus!" "For these types of analysts and lawyers who discriminate against the nation, lawyer Njela rightly demands to be banned by law and to punish such TVs that create space on the screens for these anti-nationals. Is there more shame and moral denigration to punish a fighter for the liberation of Kosovo, like Dritan Goxhaj, and to protect a criminal like Beleri? When the law is clearly sanctioned, both for its violators and the people, as well as for the judge and the lawyer, then how is it explained that the lawyer found space to penetrate it? "If the laws could speak out loud, the first thing they would do would be to complain about lawyers," says D. Halifax. In most such cases, we mention the case of Fatmir Mediu, who sells declarations of democracy on television. And what can the lawyers defend to this defendant, who try to find "clauses" prescribed in the law? And how can one dig into the "clauses", when all Albanians and half of the world know how 26 innocent villagers were killed, 300 others were injured and thousands of houses were destroyed in Gërdec. The facts that Gërdeci is a state tragedy, instigated by Berisha's son, Shkëlzeni, former ministers Mediu and Bumçi, are as clear as the light of day, and the secret cable from the American Embassy sent to DASH, about the meeting between Ambassador Withers and General He plays Luan Hoxha, whistleblower of this corruption, as well as the movie "Dogs of War" organized in Hollywood. Lawyers try in vain to turn the law into chewing gum, sometimes playing with the prescription and sometimes with the procedure, from a summary trial to a full trial! It's been a year and a half since Salianji was sentenced to a year in prison for defamation. and not only the lawyers, but also the deputies who are people of the law come up for illegal protection. Even under such pressure, the Court of Appeal does not make the right decision. Similarly, Sali Berisha was fined for defamation and threatening anti-national calls, but he not only did not appear, but also ignored the prosecutors, presenting his lawyers as tools. Such was the case of defamation against the mayor Veliaj, when he ignored the prosecutor's office even though they publicly ordered him to behave forcefully. We continue further. What law do Ahmetaj's lawyers rely on who roam the doors of the judiciary for the lifting of the sequestration on his properties, when all Albanians know how that property was put. The images on the violence perpetrated by members of the Rraja tribe against the Maya tribe are declared in voice and image. near a bar while they were drinking coffee, even one of the aggressors has a pistol in his hand, but the lawyers claim that it is a minor injury! What are these lawyers who, after filling their pockets with dirty lek, wander around the doors of the prosecutor's office and the court to claim innocence and change the charge? It cannot be denied that the law also has clauses that can relieve the defendant, and this is where the lawyer comes in, but not to the extent of simplifying the charge or acquitting him. Because even if the lawyer is proud of winning a case against the law, of defeating the court, he never forgets either the criminal or the victim. B. Gracian, the Spanish Jesuit writer, says: "The defense of an evil deed is worse than the deed itself."
