Now that he is physically absent, he seems to be living far away in peace and quiet , in a place without people and without noise, in a clean place. In a country where there is no total debauchery, anarchy and chaos, chaos and strife, division, division and anathemas, it is no longer in the so-called Albanian democracy! Today it was one year since the premature and unjust separation from the life of the noble ex-President, Bujar Nishani, his departure that plunged his family, relatives, friends, The Democratic Party and all Albanians. Bujar Nishani was an example of a model family, a responsible citizen, an honest and patriotic statesman, a wise and prudent politician, modest and hardworking, responsible and far-sighted in the name of democracy and prosperity, who represented Albania and our nation in the best way. dignified. Throughout his career, Mr. Nishani was a true servant of Albania and Albanians, of democratic values, he was the politician who, with his prudence, raised the values ??of the institution of the President of the Republic to the highest level. In my humble opinion, he was the best President of Albania in these 32 years of transition. His career was the career of a persistent, clear and open minded man. Member of DP in 1991; Secretary of the Tirana Democratic Party Branch in 2001; in 2003 member of the Municipal Council of Tirana; in 2005 he was elected a member of the National Council of the Democratic Party and then a member of the Presidency of the Democratic Party. He completed his higher studies in 1988 at the Skënderbej Military Academy in Tirana, while his postgraduate studies in Defense Resource Management in 1996 in California, USA. He also graduated in Law at the University of Tirana in 2004. In 2005, he received the title of Master of European Studies at the School of European Studies of the University of Tirana. And further the scientific degree of Doctor from this University. His professional career began in 1988 as a lecturer at the Skenderbej Military Academy. Among other things, President Nishani was a true friend of Vlora, of the culture, values ??and traditions of our city, especially of the Vlora River, honoring outstanding intellectual, patriotic and historical figures of Labëria, as its son by origin. I will remember President Nishani as a personality with rare values, as a statesman with integrity, vision and consistency, as a wise and wise friend. today, a year after his death, Albania, the Democratic Party, all of us are poorer! Because we lost a dear and noble friend, Albania and Kosovo lost a dignified statesman, a citizen with values, a true, peaceful and honest servant, whose contribution will always be remembered with respect.
