The entire history of human progress and development describes and keeps walled within it, the darkest ages of bloodshed. There is no page of history without encountering shocking events that have accompanied humanity to the present day. And in all these events that make up its black spots, the leaders of dynasties and states, such as emperors, kings, presidents, etc., have been protagonists. Depending on the eras they have ruled, they have risen above the norms, laws, system, customs, traditions, characters and values ??of each country. This is what happened to our Albania, which, although it became a state at the beginning of the 20th century, could not enter the path of democratization, but remained hostage to the dictatorial regime, the consequences of which we are still suffering today, from its sons. . Initially, in the 90s, it seemed as if we touched the democracy we dreamed of, but very quickly we were disappointed, by facing the vicissitudes of an aggressive nature, ideological clashes and political blows. The sons of the dictatorial regime who served him diligently took over the leadership of the state and the main political parties, thus becoming the continuation of the despotic ideals we left behind, with demagoguery in the name of democracy. Not opening their files, to decommunize like other Eastern European countries did, favors them to occupy the state by becoming its owners. Facing each other, they followed the proverb of the people: "One's hero is another's tyrant". Their methodology was described by several features, where trickery was used for diplomacy, deception as skill, subtlety as shield, becoming incorrigible and elusive. We have not been able to remove these profiles that have remained at our door from political and state functions. But above all, they are showing themselves to be more powerful, due to the absence of the institution of justice. There is no way it could happen otherwise, when Saliu, to show his power and inviolability as a despot, stands up in the middle of the parliament and says: "I am Sali Berisha, you fools". Making a paragonism with such examples, this statement leads him to the eras of emperors, kings, despotic presidents, and even today's rulers. His attitudes as an oriental ruler, not only in front of his opponents, but also within the opposition, are no different from those of the First Emperor of China, Qin Shi Huang. This is what North Korea's Kim Jong does today, as well as Russian President Putin with opponents of his orders. But within a few years he did not spare even his old associates, princes and nobles, who tried to return Russia to the European path of a limited monarchy. The Stalinist era would come, where in 1938 Stalin reached absolute solitude, when he executed his last friend Nikolai Bukharin, keeping around him several serviles, whose voice was not felt like Kalinin, or smaller tyrants like Beria. This practice also affects the student of Enver Saliu, who after taking power, I trust only his sophisticated mind over others. Being in charge of the state and the party, without any experience, I do not accept opinions and considerations from others. This caused him to sink into his illusory world, which cut him off from reality and lead him to the disaster of 1997, where Albania was left without any standing institution. But his path, closed in his illusory world, would continue even without being in power, with the collapse and destruction of the PD political formation. From the infamous beginnings of his career as president and party leader, he has refused to mention his follies. He has never looked for the reasons, which the bad man lacks, because he has swallowed every evil, laying down roots in his stomach, which will never be uprooted. With this leader sick of despotism, not only Albanians, but also foreigners, have never gotten along. since he has never come forward in the line of admitting his guilt. In this man who turned into a disaster for the Albanian society, the basic principles of a model leader, such as social and political justice, but above all personal conscience, being far away from the principles of the functioning of democracy, have been missing. And yet this lost seal continues to swim in those waters, staying away from the implementation of laws, norms, and the institution of resignation.
