Populist nonsense with media, associations, politics and court decisions!

The case of a pregnant mother with a few days old child who is arrested and jailed for a fine caused politics, associations and society to protest. Of course, imprisoning a mother who has a child a few days old is a legal "miracle" of ours and why this mother had really had problems with the law before! Then, of course, after that, the police moved to the right and to the left according to the model of unification after an injustice! Of course, the day of judgment would come again and the imprisoned mother with a few days old child was released! In addition to this mother, there were also many businessmen who will pay the fine. I believe they do well. But of course I am also happy that the mother will already be with her baby! But who is the problem I am dealing with! What I am dealing with is the law, enforcement and non-interference in it! Populism in our society is still a baby with the law and in front of the law! For the level of law enforcement in us by the justice bodies! Already with the problem of this mother who had a fine and did not pay and did not know (unlike she says) and that an arrest warrant was implemented, was the law in force or exceeding the law or breaking the law? So what was it! Why was the mother with the baby a few days old released because politics and society wanted to feel sorry for her, or because the arrest was illegal? If the mother is freed because this is how society and politics together with the associations, it means that the law will never be enforced in Albania! But if this mother was put in prison without a right and with an excess or violation or wrong interpretation of the law, it is the fault of the court and the law enforcement bodies! Society's request cannot be implemented as law enforcement, but the law must be enforced! It can't be the law "I'm sorry, that's why I'm getting out of prison", but the law is when the mother gets out that the law has not been applied to her. He was brutalized unjustly and illegally in the arrest of the expectant mother! There are many law enforcement injustices, but this one stood out because this mother had just given birth! And it is atrocity to go to prison by separating the baby from the mother's breast for the mother's unpaid fine! Is the law poorly implemented or that justice was forced to expel the woman because she made a noise. Albanians must share this. They have not understood it for 45 years, because the justice at that time was called popular and was done by the party, while today it is said that it is "blind" and fair, but in fact it is influenced by politics or receives orders from it! The mother did not come out because justice is pressured by politics and associations and the media! If it turned out like this, it means that justice is doubly wrong. But the pregnant mother came out, because she was wrongly put in prison by justice! Society has done well, but because justice has been applied badly!
