Nikolla was born, the last oxygen for Sali Berisha

That "Foltorja" is in alliance, sometimes openly, sometimes secretly, with the government, this is not new. But that the power and the government are interested in keeping the fire of the revolution burning, this does not surprise anyone anymore, because corruption needs the oxygen that comes from the similar model. Although two weeks have passed since the opening of the new session, Lindita Nikolla, in the capacity of Speaker of the Assembly, has not yet given an official answer to the Democratic Party about the changes in the composition of the leadership of her parliamentary group. For all those who have forgotten, a short time ago, Nikola obeyed Flamur Noka's sms, when he asked: "One more time Berisha for the procedure and we leave" (without forgetting the smile at the end). If I share "The Pulpit", which is legally illegal and a phantom organization as long as it is not officially registered as a legal entity, it is this behavior and this belief, another, double standard, unsupported in law and regulations, is used for the legal entity Democratic Party of Albania. The Regulation of the Assembly in Article 15 (Formation of Parliamentary Groups), point 2, clearly states: "Parliamentary groups, according to party affiliation, are formed on the basis of the list of parties represented in the Assembly...". So, the law is explicit and refers to party entities. The list of parties officially represented by mandates from the CEC, in the general elections of 2021, is easily verifiable by the Parliament. And above all, we are dealing with the constitutionality or not of this farce that is being attempted. Parties are constitutional entities. In the "bible" of the legal state, there are several articles about the parties that are the basis of pluralism, while the Parliamentary Groups are not even mentioned because they are only the result of these constitutional ethnicities, in this case the Democratic Party. However, this was not enough for Lindita Nikolla, who requested an interpretation from the legal office of the Assembly, an interpretation which, although two weeks have passed, has not yet arrived. On the other hand, would a legal interpretation be required if, as it turns out, the chairman of the SP parliamentary group goes crazy and joins Berisha's "pulpit" together with 20 deputies?! Will he take the leadership of the parliamentary group with him in his stupidity, or will the party that has mandated him to be like that send a letter and decide new names for the leadership of the group?! Lindita Nikolla was born in that position, even though she is elected by the Socialist Party, to be a smooth runner of the affairs of the Assembly of Albania and cannot become part of the "Foltor" circus every time there are plenary sessions. Otherwise, it can be seen that she is also under the orders of the party, which is clear as day with a Berisha and a parliamentary group behind him, who make noise every Thursday to scare the SPAK from the yard of their family members , the political lifespan of the SP and Edi Rama is infinite.
