I don't know how true this can be, but when Hitler was asked, who were the worst people he had ever known, he simply replied: "The worst people I have ever known, they are the ones who helped me to conquer their countries". During this time, I have read many articles related to the period of LANÇ, where some tried to lower its reputation and fame and its historical events and questioned its importance for our Albanian historiography. So they were questioning LANÇ and its glorious epic. There were also some others, who through facts showed the true reality of this period, unacceptable to the rest. I was very impressed. It seems to me that these opponents of this period have wasted ink and paper in the worst way. Then I remembered a well-known aphorism: "The bigger the lie, the more people follow it." However, they should remember the very important fact that this war aligned our Albania on the side of the allies and the axis of the winners and not on the side of the collaborators and collaborators of the Nazi fascists. Let's remember what happened at the famous Nuremberg Trials, where the further existence of fascist, Nazi and collaborationist parties, which wreaked havoc during the Second World War, was banned by law. Therefore, we must be very careful in the thoughts we say and write. When I was reading these articles, I was watching how pathos they were bringing out this glorious part of our history, how with unprecedented zeal they were distorting the facts by portraying Qemal Stafa as a "tool" of the Italians. Why? - Because he published poems in the newspaper "Fashizmi" or because he went to study in fascist Italy with the permission of the fascist government of Tirana. Or "Balli Kombëtar" should be raised on the pedestal of war. Where does the vulgarity and mediocrity of these old and mean "historians" reach, who pollute the crystal water and want to cover the sun with sieves? How can you say that those hundreds and thousands of Albanians, who stood up to defend their homeland and their families, were some criminal gangs or the military wing of the NPSH. This is the story of tens of tens of Albanian families, who joined and helped the LANÇ movement or even these families were part of these "criminal gangs". Or even our ancestors, who fought during the war, were they also part of these criminal gangs? Is there any limit to the stupidity and madness of irresponsible people who want to tarnish this very important page of Albanian history? How can you say that the Anti-Fascist National Liberation War was a civil war or a fratricidal war? - TURP, TURP, TURP. Did the forces of the Ball of Hysni Lepenica and Skënder Muço collaborate with "communist criminals" in the battle of Gjormi in January 1943? Did the ballisticians led by Abaz Kupi cooperate with "criminal gangs" (partisan forces) on August 4-5, 1943 in Qaf-Shtame against the Italian forces? Or depending on these facts. There have also been battles undertaken personally by the ballistic commanders against the Italians, but they were still sporadic cases, which cannot generalize the true purpose of the National Front. The people of Shkodran have a beautiful expression: These people do not care at all. This is for crying and laughing. Do these "historians" know the important historical fact that the three foreign ministers of the USA, BS and Great Britain: Cordell Hull, Vyacheslav Molotov and Antony Eden in December 1942 declared that they greatly appreciated the resistance armed forces of Albanians and recognized the national independence of Albania. Archival documents highlight and bring to light the full and true cooperation of the National Front with the Central Headquarters of the Italian Army to fight against LANÇ and the communists. There are many documents that prove this cooperation. Let's mention some of them known and unknown in today's Albanian online and print media. In the letter of the command of the fascist militia addressed to the viceroy with number 129 /13 /6 dated January 16, 1943, the leaders of the National Front had assured the Italian authorities that the whole purpose of their activity was the war and the total destruction of the "communists" and especially of "communist gangs" and "establishing peace in the kingdom". Let's not forget the "Protocol of honor" or the Dalmaco-Kelcyra Protocol signed on March 15, 1943 by Ali Këlcyra and Nuredin Vlora, on behalf of the Central Committee of the National Front, and by Lorenzo Dalmaco on behalf of the main command of the Italian occupation troops. "Through it, the National Front pledged to ensure, assuming every responsibility, that "no insurgent movement of a general character will be similar in Southern Albania...", to use "all influence to stop attacks and acts of sabotage that could eventually be carried out by enemy elements"; to develop "appropriate propaganda to stop new desertions of the military, to encourage new recruitments in the army and to ensure that the deserters are returned as soon as possible to the operative departments". Or even this is what today's ballistas want to deny. There are many archival documents that show the open collaboration of Balli with the Italian fascists in the area of ??Pogradec, Fier, Mallakastra, etc. In one of the Italian historical documents obtained from the Italian State Archives and published in the work "Notes for Albania, Italian historical documents from April-July 1943" prepared by Bejtullah Destani and Ethem Çeku emphasizes the fact that the National Front was an organization with an essentially anti-communist and nationalist program and the Front could rely on the silent tolerance of the Italian occupation authorities. It was also emphasized that Balli's nationalist propaganda did not conflict with the goals of Italian politics, while his anti-communism served the interests of the conqueror very well. Thus, in this way, the occupation authorities tolerated the propaganda activity of Ali Këlcyra, Safet Butka, Abaz Ermenji and other exponents of Balli (according to the Italians, they were philo-Italian), as long as he did not conflict with the Italian authorities.
