Who planted the anti-American seed in Albania and Kosovo?

Ultimately, the anti-American hysteria in Tirana and Pristina have debunked the myth of Albanians as the most pro-American people in the world.
Social media has exploded with insults, threats and insults against: Biden, Blinken, Escobar, Hill, Jeaffry, Kim and every American diplomat.
Thousands of anti-American articles and comments with various insults.
All comments and debates have four things in common:
1- They are camouflaged in the name of the sovereignty of Kosovo or Albania.
2- They justify that America is corrupt and is not doing anything for Kosovo and Albania.
3- They are oriented towards new alliances or against the whole West under the slogan "Europe whore" also tore us apart.
4- All the people who curse America belong to Albin Kurti's Vetevendosje in Kosovo or Sali Berisha's party in Albania.

Following the analysis, the question arises:
Why so much hatred against the West: Legitimate or sponsored?

Dobrica Qosi?, the father of Serbian nationalism in the 90s, predicted the way Serbia could regain Kosovo: "Kosovo is not returned by war. The only way to get Kosovo back is when the anti-American climate starts to take root in Kosovo. When Albanians feel self-sufficient and nationalism to maintain and preserve power comes before the American and European strategy. Our services must work in Kosovo. When that moment comes, then Serbian hope rises."
Yesterday, the most popular German newspaper Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung warned: Kurti's policies are in line with Serbian plans to destabilize the region.
But what happened in Pristina and Tirana is not the beginning and it is not an isolated event. This is what it looks like in the media. The anti-American violence in Tirana and Pristina had swelled to such an extent that every diplomatic thread was spilled and snapped.
The relations of Albin Kurti and Berisha against America have been cracked for over two decades.
Berisha was not allowed to enter the USA from 1996-2005, while Albin Kurti was twice denied an American visa when he was in the opposition.
Today in Pristina, the US envoy Gabriel Escobar declared that: "We support Kosovo, not Albin Kurti." He has serious problems with the USA"
Fortunately, the USA and the EU have identified that the problem with America and Europe is not the anti-Western tendency of the Albanians, but the role of two individuals who planted the seeds against the West.
Both have invented the cause of sovereignty and they have no problem with this in relation to Russia, China, Serbia or Greece. Both declare war only on the West under the guise of violating the "sovereign" muzzle.
The Albanian nation since November 28, 1912 has never known an anti-American wave and spirit, even Enver Hoxha was more moderate because he was against capitalism and imperialism.
Enveri even declared the war against America, proportionally to China, Russia, Yugoslavia and the whole planet, unlike Albini and Berisha who only have a conflict with the USA.
Albini and Berisha often repeat that the Albanian people vote for them and the American ambassador does not appoint them, and surprisingly they never mention the name of the Russian ambassador.
Have you ever seen the prime minister of Taiwan clash with Washington and ask that his political sovereignty not be violated?
Of course not, because if America leaves, Taiwan loses sovereignty from China for 24 hours.
Have you heard that Berisha fought in the name of sovereignty against Greece, in Himara or the Ionian Sea?
Of course not, because there is no mission with Greece, it was trained and recruited against America 50 years ago, when no one could cross the border to fly to Paris, Belgrade and Moscow.
Political regimes have created turbulence in the vacuum of national tradition to create lasting friends and partners for our nation.
The regimes have made us brothers in the last 100 years with the Turks, the Chinese, the Greeks, the Serbs, the Russians, the Germans, the Americans.
Fortunately, the West is not removing us as a nation this time, but it has decided to remove two individuals who planted the seeds against the West in the last 30 years in the two Albanian states.
