She does not have that slogan "Where the Motherland needs", with which she was raised and educated He answered it point by point. It is about Asqeri Koxhajn from the village of Nishovë i Skrapari. He wanted to go to school and he did it, he wanted to become a teacher and he did. He did not want to be a director, but the slogan "Where the Motherland needs" was hanging over his head and he couldn't avoid it. And he became a real director. He came from that generation of rectitude, because his father had said a couple of words in his ear before he took on the task and responsibility. In his life, he remembers those four years of primary school, when he could not answer the teacher's question. The question was quite simple, but in the classroom only one student answered that question. The teacher had asked him what the name of the ceiling above his head was without telling him the name. But where had they seen the ceiling with their eyes. The houses had beams. The one who answered was the only one in Nishovo who had a house with a ceiling. The teachers took care of Asqeri Koxhaj more than the parents, because he excelled in all the schools that taught him. But a man with such a passion for studying, there was no other way to be a teacher and a man good. He also learned some things that no one asked him. Asqeri Koxhaj had a principle, which he stuck to until the end. He has recently published a book with very high-quality memories, where he wrote: "You should listen to the other, put it in your archive, keep and save this archive and use it if you have to." These he wrote and called his principles, he doesn't only have them in his notepads, but also in his mind. When he talks to Asqerina, it seems as if he is reading a beautiful book.  Asqeriu ka synuar që ta bëjë të plotë veten e tij,jo me  qeçka,po me djersën e pastër të ballit.Dhe këtë portret e plotëson duke mos munguar në asnje eviment te jetës.Edhe tani,që është larguar nga Nishova e banon në Durrës,Asqeriu nuk rri pa u bërë peligrin.Vazhdon t’i ngjitet Tomorrit dhe kthehet që andej më i ri.Ai ishte mësues,por ishte lidhur me të gjitha redaksitë e shtypit dhe bashkëpunonte.Ai ishte mësues,por mblidhte dhe fjalët e rralla,proverba e përrallat,që ishin mes njerëzve që e rrethonin. Ishte mësues,po do të drejtonte format e edukimit dhe leximin e shtypit çdo mëngjes për kooperativistët. Madje,bashkë me shokët,do të bënte dhe fizgulturën e mëngjesit,që u vu ca kohë për kooperativistët! Pak e nga pak ai u bë njeri me vlera.Që në klasën e parë u vlerësua me një Letër Lavdërimi,që jepësh atëherë. Po Asqeriu nuk e harron atë vlerësim dhe e ka futur në librin e kujtimeve.Ajo Letër Lavdërimi e bëri të njohur dhe detyroi mësuesit e tij të këmbëngulnin tek i ati,që ai djalë të mos pengohej.Po dhe Asqeriu nuk i zhgënjeu. Ishte viti 1954,kur Ai djali që nuk e dinte si quhej tavani,do të zbriste për herë të parë në qytetin e Beratit për të vazhduar shkollë.U paraqitën te drejtori të druajtur,se ai ishte me një muaj vonesë. “Nuk ka mundësi t’i arrijë shokët” ishte fjala e fundit të drejtorit. Por babai,që e njihte ecurinë e tij,e siguroi, se i arrin e i kalon.Ndërsa Asqeriu dridhej,drejtori i dha aprovimin.Babai e la aty dhe iku,po Asqeriu nuk njihte asnjë njeri.Ai kishte vendosur ta ndërtonte jetën e tij me aftësitë që kishte,jo me miqësi.Të gjithë e shikonin si të ishte fëmijë i veçantë.Kur dolën përjashta,vetëm një nxënës e pyeti: “Me cili je tifoz,me “Partizanin” apo me “Dinamon”? Për herë të parë dëgjoi emrin “Dinamo”. Partizan kishte dëgjuar, se gjatë luftës i kishin vajtur në shtëpi,prandaj i tha: “Jam me “Partizanin”! Ata që ishin tifozë të “Partizanit” e duartrokitë.Ishte e dyta pyetje,pas tavanit,që Asqeriu nuk u përgjigj dot,po tek ai djalë që e pyeti e filloi miqësinë.Ky djalë,që desh e lanë pa shkollë,filluan ta bënin shëmbull për të gjithë shkollën si nxënësi më i mirë. Pas këtyre peripecirave që i kaloi,shpresoi  të mos kishte më pengesa.Por atëherë kur vazhdonte gjimnazin,e thërret  drejtori i shkollës dhe e pyet: “A është futur në kooperativën bujqësore familja jua?!”     Asqeriu u drodh i tëri dhe iu përgjigj si i trembur: “Jo,se po bëjmë shtëpitë e reja.Kur t’i mbarojmë do të hyjmë.” Po drejtori e ashpërsoi bisedën me të: “Që sot je i përjashtuar nga shkolla!” Po ç lidhje kishte kooperativa me atë djalë,kur kolektivizimi ishte vullnetar? Asqeriu filloi të qante.Më shumë nuk dinte.Atëherë drejtori i lëmoi kokën dhe i tha të vazhdonte mësimet. Që atë ditë Asqeriu uli kokën mbi librat për të ngritur aftësitë e tij.Ai e ndërtoi jetën e tij pa zënë njeri për xhakete,por projektoi një palë shkallë,që e ngjitën atje ku donte ai.Synimi i tij ishte të bëhej njeri për të gjithë dhe u bë. Djersë e mund tok i përzjeu, ashtu siç e desh Atdheu!
