Where did our politicians-authorities "appropriate" corruption and crime?!

Our politicians and rulers, at the beginning of 1990, when the overthrow of socialism and the restoration of capitalism, were almost equal in wealth to ordinary citizens. An ordinary salary, as much as twice the salary of an unskilled worker, and an apartment of 70 square meters, equipped with ordinary furniture for a normal life without special salons. It was not a question of private cars, excluding any bicycles, because the movement to the work center and back home was provided by the state, or through urban means, with a symbolic fee. This happened because the socialist system aimed to increase the national income and the society, without creating the social gap between the classes and strata of the population. Now after three decades of the capitalist system, the politicians-in-power after the nineties have equaled, and even in many cases, surpassed their colleagues in the developed countries of the West, including those of America. Certainly creating an unimaginable social gap between them and the vast majority of citizens. Yes, how did this happen and is it happening? Simply: "See grapes and grapes and they ripen" - say our people. As soon as the "green light" was opened in 1990, our politicians-in-power headed towards the west, especially towards America, not to discover that Columbus and America Vespucci had realized it, but to "inherit" the experience of corruption and the many blessings it provides. Almost all the politicians and statesmen, who have changed in the chair of the Chairman of the Party and that of the State, first went to America, to be "baptized". At the top of the time, these men of our politics and the state, considered America a world paradise, where they read the name with miraculous syllables: "(h)A - mer- ike"! However, at the first pro-American rally in Skanderbeg Square, the Secretary of State, Baker, told our political leaders that America does not give you fish from its boat, but teaches you how to cook fish. Our politicians and rulers immediately absorbed the lesson in question. They remembered the history of the Turkish invasion, where the Great Sultan, the reward for the services of the Albanian bejlers and agallars, addressed them to the wealth of their people. Thus, even the young Albanian "beylers and agallars", after going and being baptized in the West, and especially in America, also get the experience of extorting the people, or as it is said today, the "experience" of corruption, necessarily accompanied by crime. the inevitable "brother" of the first. Our political leaders, during these three decades, not only mastered the lessons in the "field" of corruption and crime, but in many cases surpassed their namesakes from across the sea, across the ocean. Some of them, such as Berisha's work, for example, in the big race behind organized crime and camouflaged corruption, exceeded even the norms that the West has set for somewhat limiting these "assets". We say "somewhat", because they can never be stopped, due to the simple fact that corruption and crime are like the "grease" that helps to move the wheels of the machine, now obsolete, of the capitalist system. American friends, seeing that some of these politicians and our statesmen, have gone too far, launched the famous "Justice Reform". which is thought and hoped will put an end to corruption and organized crime in the country of eagles. SPAK, the structure set up for this problem, has been working at full capacity for several years, and it must be said that it has achieved some indicators. But the ordinary Albanian citizen asks two questions, amateurish in appearance, but quite concrete. The first question: How long does it take SPAK to join the fight against crime and corruption? And the second question: Will SPAK be able to completely collapse the pyramid of crime and corruption, which in terms of size and value surpasses the pyramid of Cheops? It is difficult to give a precise answer to these questions. SPAK and its institutions have had and have all the opportunities to start the collapse of the "Pyramid of Corruption" not from the tail, but from the head. If it had been done, or if this is done, then the pyramid in question falls like a sandcastle. The facts about the rampant corruption and crime at the "head" of the pyramid, where three or four politicians and the main rulers are housed, are complete, visible and known to every Albanian citizen. Some of these "heads", the authors of "Justice Reform" have also declared "non grata". But the latter, these "non gratats" like the work of Berisha and his friends, continue to graze in politics and in power, certain that SPAK will not reach the top of the pyramid. Indeed, SPAK's "tortoise" step cannot reach the "revenge" of the horse of crime and corruption. A significant example: Although SPAK has been assisted by about 38 specialized employees from the US State Department, he is not able to arrest former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj, who, although he should be behind bars, roams around "Free Europe" or "Paradise America!" The history of the capitalist system has shown and is showing every day, that the fight against corruption and organized crime cannot reach the top of their pyramid. To argue this determination, I am bringing some examples, exactly from the place where it started, and it is called "Our Reform of Justice": I am listing here four presidents of the USA, who, although they were involved in the affair of corruption, scandals and crime , they were never punished. Richard Nixon was involved in the Watergate scandal, but escaped punishment by voluntarily leaving office. President Clinton had the "Lewinsky" scandal, for which he tried, but he came out undamaged from the punishment. Former President Trump was accused of masterminding, instigating, or abetting the attack on the Capitol, but is currently running for president in 2024. To top it off with current President Biden, whose son, Hunter Biden, is accused of foreign business scandals . In order not to go to the famous President, Kennedy, whose murder, even now after half a century or more, has not been clarified until the end. Our politicians-gunmen of these three decades adopted corruption and organized crime exactly from these old and new stories of "western democracy", so even though SPAK has unsheathed the sword of justice, they fearlessly continue their "operations" their profitable business, certain that the ustallars and their apprentices, with whom they have collaborated, will never sell them. If it happened otherwise, they would sell themselves, and the "own goal" in this field is unacceptable.
