Crimea 1945 vs Crimea 2004

As today, 78 years ago, on February 4 of the distant year 1945, the conference was held, which in world historiography is known as the Yalta or Crimean Conference. The three main figures of the Second World War Stalin, Roosevelt and Churchill gathered in the tourist resort of Yalta at the Livadiya Palace, the summer residence of the Russian Tsar Nicholas II. This conference was the second part of the trilogy of the so-called "Big Three" meetings, which lasted until February 11. This was one of the most important events that cemented the new world order after the Second World War and that determined the destinies and had direct consequences on the second half of the last century in Europe, in Albania and the whole world. During the conference, many issues were discussed and many important decisions were made. But what stands out, it is the fact that the decisions were very dimensional. At this conference, a secret agreement was also signed for the participation of the Soviet Union in the war against imperial Japan. There, with Roosevelt's proposal, it was decided that the League of Nations, due to the non-fulfillment of the purpose for which it was created, would be dissolved and the United Nations and the Security Council would be created, which would consist of the USA, the Soviet Union, England, France and China. They would have the right of veto in deciding and taking any decision. The division of Nazi Germany into 4 occupation zones and the creation of the Control Council for Germany were also decided. After the war, the issue of reparations would also be discussed. In this conference, the division of Europe and the post-war world into zones of influence was sanctioned. Romania would be divided into two spheres of influence: 90% under Soviet influence and 10% under Western influence. Greece suffered the same fate, 90% under British influence and 10% under Soviet influence. While Yugoslavia and Hungary would be divided respectively 50% under Soviet influence and 50% under Western influence. While Bulgaria would be divided 75% under Soviet influence and 25% under Western influence. All this led to the creation of two opposing blocs with each other and also to the Cold War. The main trio also decided to bring Nazi criminals to justice at all costs (Nuremberg Trials, author's note). In this conference, the state borders between Italy and Yugoslavia and Italy and Austria were correctly sanctioned. Of course, the impact of this conference on people's later lives has left deep traces. Therefore, among different historians there are many divergences regarding the positivity or negativity of this conference. What I want to emphasize is the fact that, since Yalta, the new wind of world peace started by the Tehran Conference continued. Slowly the smile and optimism for a new, safe and peaceful world was returning. While in these years since the annexation of Crimea by Russia in 2004, the world is walking in a dangerous vicious circle, which has increased the political, military, economic and social uncertainty in the world, which has pushed the depression in the states and people in general. The states have suffered a great shock regarding the continuity and prosperity of the world cooperation between them. Therefore, I think that the time has come for the UN Security Council to be reformed, because the world is no longer bipolar, but it is multipolar. The time has come to organize a worldwide conference (I think exactly in Crimea), where a new world order will be established, taking into account all the developments in all fields that have happened and are happening all these decades. Decisions must be made on the way forward and the exact boundaries of the countries' political, military and economic reason and non-reason must be established. Security and optimism must be restored to all humanity. But is this possible?- I think so. With the will of all political actors, we have the opportunity to leave something safer and more positive to future generations. taking into account all the developments in all fields that have happened and are happening all these decades. Decisions must be made on the way forward and the exact boundaries of the countries' political, military and economic reason and non-reason must be established.
