What evaluation deserves the case of the arrest of Fredi Beller?

It is already known that the arrest of Mr. Beleri (candidate of the opposition coalition "Bashke Fitomje" for the Municipality of Himara), happened 2 days before the May 14 elections. For this event and scenario, the media as well as representatives from the opposition and positions have reacted with the most diverse comments, for the impact it gave. Based on the development of this scenario, as well as the comments and accusations made against Mr. Beleri, I think that in order to evaluate this issue objectively and with the right transparency, it should be seen in several perspectives and contexts:- firstly in the historical context. Based on Beler's promise during the election campaign, that if I am guaranteed victory for the position I am running for, I will work for the Hellenization of Himara as well as for ensuring the rights of the inhabitants of Himara as a Greek territory, it becomes imperative to return to the story about Himara which is obviously a centuries-old story that cannot be denied by anyone. Himara is a territory that has historically been inhabited by ethnic Albanians. This historical fact is proven not only by Albanian historiography, but also by the historiography of many other countries in the world. It is already known historically that the tragic punishment of the Albanian lands, where half of the Albanian territory was affected, happened at the Conference of Ambassadors in London, at the international meeting that was organized by the 6 great powers of that time (1912-1913), represented by: Britain Great Britain, France, Germany, Austria-Hungary, Russia and Italy. And unfortunately from this moment onwards, there was no longer any support or favoritism for the Albanian lands due to the dismemberment that was unfairly done to them by the aforementioned powers for their hegemonic interests in Europe and the Balkans. Based on these interests, they supported the Balkan chauvinists in their greed for expansion, including Greece, giving it land in the southern part of Albania, including Himara. But it should be underlined that Himara, in addition to the historical arguments that prove that it is an Albanian land, is also proven by its geographical extent, as well as in the ethnographic, linguistic, cultural aspect, as well as in the traditions and customs of the inhabitants of Himara, factors that prove it even more convincingly than its inhabitants, they cannot be called inhabitants who belong to the Hellenic population or the Greek land. So I emphasize that Himara based on all these facts, it was and is an integral part of the Albanian territory, just like all the others that belong to our territory. Based on these undeniable facts, Mr. Beleri, there is no need to go out and propagate with symbols of Vorio-Epiris. Of course, he is more than clear about this, but he uses the term "Hellenization" to serve the old Greek ambition and policy of Vorio-Epirus, the Hellenic imperialist greed in the Balkans, which constitutes the essence of the aggressive Greek platform of " Megali the idea "(big idea) for the realization of the centuries-old dream, that a good part of the Albanian lands in the south of our country are included in the Greek territory now called Vorio-Epirus (or Northern Greece as they want to motivate this part of Albanian territory, including Himara). Of course, these attitudes and voices born in a row also stem from the fact that in this third century, there has been a legal extension in Albania for many reasons that allowed the Albanian democratic transition, as a result of the humble and tolerant attitude of the Albanian government in the framework of the alleged "rights" acquired by the Greek minority, which has been given blinding scope to interfere in the internal affairs of the Albanian state, with or without the hand of the Greek government, or private Greek-Greek organizations. - secondly in the political context. About the scenario and the Beleri case, fierce debates broke out between Rama and Berisha-Meta opponents, including others. Regarding the comments that are made, I think that the opposition for its political goals and depressed by the deep loss in the May 14 elections, uses this occasion to attack the position as well as Prime Minister Rama, but the positions and arguments of the opposition undoubtedly have as a motive the creation of a malicious opinion as wide as possible towards the current government in power. Even the case of Beler's arrest has been commented on as an alarming and extraordinary case, so they reacted by organizing protests, and even for the incident, tensions were created in the relations between Albania and Greece. Greece has also raised the issue of the arrest of the mayor of Himara Beleri as a concern at the meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the EU in Brussels through their minister Nikos Dendias, calling the incident unacceptable and exceptional. , based on their personal motives and egos. The meeting with his Albanian counterpart, Minister Olta Xhaçka, also served this purpose. In this meeting, we learn from Xhaçka's argument that the case of Mr. Beleri, it has nothing to do with political goals, but simply a legal attitude towards the case of vote buying and the respect of free and fair voting by citizens, regardless of the colors given or the deformations made on purpose by some high-level Albanian politicians or by certain political segments that support them. So in the political context starting from the comments made by the ministry Olta Xhaçka, it must be clearly accepted by everyone that in the case that happened we are dealing with a flagrant violation of the law and the constitution during the development of the campaign and the election process of May 14, 2023 as well as with an active open corruption during the campaign by Mr. Beleri, who has represented the " Together We Win " coalition for mayors for Himara. For the Beleri case, it is worth underlining that the DASH (American Department of State) has silenced the Greek media and claims regarding the Beleri case, strongly emphasizing the respect of all laws and regulations, even more so when we are dealing with the case of vote buying, which undoubtedly constitutes an electoral crime. Regarding the comment made by Prime Minister Rama regarding the Beleri and Himara issue, I definitely appreciate his attitude as a fair attitude, since the act of Mr. Beleri constitutes a flagrant violation of the law on elections, of course also an election crime, while regarding the attitude towards Himara by Prime Minister Rama through the comment made, I also appreciate it as his patriotism, since the protection of Himara and its treatment as a land Albanian, is also a national issue that is related to the interests of all Albanians throughout our country and wherever they are. - thirdly in the context of the attitude of the justice bodies regarding the phenomenon that occurred. Undoubtedly, the judicial bodies as institutions independent from the state, they should look at the Beleri case respecting the law and the constitution, since in this particular case, as we pointed out above, we are dealing with the buying and selling of votes as an illegal act and electoral crime. We must not forget that Mr. Beleri, in order to achieve his goal on May 14, has engaged people to threaten Albanian immigrants in Greece to vote for him and if not, their stay in Greece will be hopeless. So, with this attitude, he imposed free and fair voting. The Beleri case is also related to the Peshkepia massacre, which took place in 1994 (related to the killing of two soldiers by a group of Greek terrorists), where Beleri himself is accused of being a member of this organization and of this scenario, so we are dealing with an individual with a criminal past. Finally, the Beleri case regarding the attitude towards Himara for the propaganda made,
