Both differ in appearance, age, functions, social and family composition, but they have one thing in common: Both are Neoballists. Çelo Hoxha, the "Bali Kombëtar" stalwart, while Edi Rama, the bastard of socialism, converted into a neoballist of "cruelty". Yes, why am I making this parallelism of two figures, seemingly completely opposite? Why am I putting the "modern" neo-ballista on a level with the ballista of LANÇ's time? Because the Chairman of the Socialist Party, at the same time the Prime Minister of Albania, who has in the program of the party he leads, the protection of the values ??of LANÇ, today, May 19, 2023, when he came to "congratulate the victory" of his party in the Municipality of Shkodra, like Çelo Hoxha himself, he made his first visit to the "Museum of Evidence and Memory of the Crimes of Communism". And he not only visited it, but also gave advice and instructions on how this museum, which "honors Shkodra" should be enriched and concretized; advice and instructions, which he followed in the meeting organized in the Migjeni Theater, with the socialists and sympathizers of the Socialist Party. Anyone can say that Prime Minister Rama is comprehensive, so he also took care of the "persecuted of communism"! Agreed, we accept it. Yes, why was it not also remembered about those persecuted and killed by Nazi-fascism and their collaborators, who in the years of LANÇ committed unparalleled torture, murder and massacres on the young people of Shkodra, who were engaged in the struggle for the Liberation of the Motherland? How did it not occur to our Chief Socialist to visit the Museum House of the "Three Heroes of Shkodra", where Jordan Misja and Branko Kadia from Shkodran, together with Përlat Rexhepi from Vlonia, created one of the most glorious epics of LANÇ? Further still: How did he not go a few meters north of Shkodra, to greet the 5 Heroes of Vig, who, although they are buried in the outskirts of the city, radiate all the light and majesty over the ancient city? All the more so that this magnificent monument, one of the rarest in the Balkans, was made by the sculptor Shaban Hadëri, the friend and companion of Rama's father, Kristaq Rama?! He could not put a bunch of flowers at the famous intellectual and patriot, Luigj Gurakuqi, right there in the center of the city, not to mention his "Museum House", which has been destroyed. just as the 300-year-old museum house of the great Shkodran Renaissance man, Pashko Vasa, is collapsing and being destroyed! All that we said, due to lack of time, could be overlooked, but by no means, a tribute of a bunch of flowers to the bust of the People's Hero, Manush Alimani. Of course, this emblematic Hero did not even cross the Prime Minister's mind, but even if he remembered, he would not find his bust. It has been demolished since the first days of the "cracy", precisely by the "persecuted of communism" and the powers of the Albanian "fascist democracy", where two-thirds of the time the Socialists of Rama have had it, they have not remembered to restore it. I called Manush Alimani, the emblem of the Hero, because he was like that and will remain like that in the history of our people. Manush Alimani was only 20 years old, when he had to face Nazism and its collaborators. Manushi was tortured for 5 full days by the criminal Llesh Marashi, whom the policeman Çelo Hoxha, of the Institute of Crimes of Communism, with the silent approval of Edi Rama, calls a patriot. Ten days of torture, three days and nights without food have tired my body. But I stand morally high. Here everyone calls me "criminal". There is very little hope for me. My attitude before death will be". Long live the National Liberation Movement! Long live the Albanian Communist Party! You follow the work carefully and prepare for popular revenge!” After this letter, the head of the Gestapo, Hauzding, tortured Manush Alimani for another 17 days, until, enraged by the unparalleled resistance of the "20-year-old communist", he plunged the bayonet into his chest, taking his life. The bloody shirt of Manush Alimani, the order of boulevard to boulevard, flower garden to flower garden, alley to alley of Shkodra, becoming the flag of Freedom for Shkodra and all of Albania. Unfortunately for those who dream of Shkodra as a "bastion of anti-communism", this Hero named Manush Alimani was from Shkodra, a friend of Vasil Shanto, proposed by Vasil Shanto himself as the Secretary of the Communist Youth Circle of Shkodra. Only for this reason, the Chairman of the Socialist Party and at the same time the Albanian Prime Minister, the son of the sculptor of the People, Kristaq Rama, should have started the inaugural speech of the victory of the socialists in Shkodër with the work of the 20-year-old Hero of LANÇ, Manush Alimani, and not with "the museum of those persecuted by communism", as the ballista with a blackened name, Çelo Hoxha, would do.
