The truth of our nation's antiquity, in the face of historical speculation

Why should we persevere, for the illumination of the centuries of darkness, which have "hidden" our antiquity? This question, which has remained elusive for a long time, has attracted the attention of foreign personalities from various fields, rather than our institutions covered by the dust of oblivion, such as the Academy of Sciences and the Ministry of Education. These institutions have been content with the few studies and discoveries made during the dictatorship period, instead of cooperating with international institutions, in illuminating the darkness that keeps the ancient history of our nation hidden. With the exception of the honorable historian Mrs. Elena Kocaqi, who with her extensive studies, is in the same opinion as many personalities of the world, in the Albanian law about the antiquity of our nation. Historiania. Kocaci through scientific study work, with passion and patience for the illumination of our antiquity, has overthrown the taboos of false Hellenic history. Not too far in time, but a few days ago, the prestigious American newspaper New York Times, which Sali Berisha called toilet paper, informs us about the colossal work of Croatian archaeologists, who with the discoveries about the antiquity of our Illyrian ancestors, may change not only the history of Europe, but it is not surprising to say that of the world as well. After 4 years of intensive work, Croatian archaeologists doing research on the island of Kocula, located in the Adriatic south of Croatia, have found an Illyrian necropolis. What has surprised the Croatian archaeologists is that in the old Illyrian graves, in addition to ceramics, iron weapons and ornaments made of bronze, silver, glass and amber have been found. which say that this necropolis will become the writer that will change our history almost 17-15 thousand years before Christ. These discoveries refute the speculations so far and speak of a pre-development, from the pre-Hellenic civilization. From these researches, it appears that the role of the Illyrians in these areas was greater than that of the Greek settlers who came to Illyria. These discoveries have attracted the attention of American archaeologists from the University of Cambridge, where Professor Preston Mirakle has joined the discoveries of Croatian archaeologists. What is shocking and depressing for Albanians is that we believe and are already arguing, apart from archeology, history, anthropology and genetics, that we are descendants of the Illyrians. But the Albanian archaeologists continue to remain silent, being indifferent to the development of the Illyrian civilization. These discoveries refute the current mediocre rhetoric that the Illyrians were undeveloped tribes. But more than that, they reject the shifting of the boundary of the Illyrian culture, which was deliberately pushed for 10-15 thousand years ago, calling it Hellenic civilization, which Europe has also taken for its own. This speculation has caused that in the history books, in the Greek and Serbian schools, their entire history is based on myths and lies. The books of their academics present us as inferior to Hellenic culture, when we are several centuries ahead of them. Our books taught in schools have been poor and short, before the true history of our nation. Until now we have been fed with false teachings of antiquity, from the insufficient work of our archaeology, which has not been able to illuminate our pre-Hellenic history. These discoveries of Croatian archeology are to give the alarm to Albanian and Kosovar archaeologists, historians and researchers, who with convincing arguments should make the Balkans speak Albanian. Why ? Because no matter how much one speculates with the rhetoric so far, taking ancient Greece as a reference, even the Greeks themselves are convinced that they are Illyrians, before them and the European civilization. Because the language of Homer is taken from the Pelasgians, most of the songs of bravery and heroic ones. Herodotus gave history to the Pelasgians and mentioned them, much earlier than the history of Greek civilization. The old work that covers the sides of the pantheon in Athens is called Pelasgian, which was protected by the Arvanites when the Venetians tried to destroy it. For this Professor Jon Pocock of the American Academy of Sciences says; These walls were built before the Greeks of Homer existed. Even before the Hellenic branch was known in the mountains of Thessaly, Shkodra was the capital of Illyria. Albanian was the mother tongue of Alexander the Great of Macedonia and Pyrrhus of Epirus, who faced the Roman army three times. The Albanian tragedy is a scandal of European civilization, because the Ottomans deliberately did not allow discoveries at the time of their conquest, because they would have been discovered in the land of the Pelasgians and in Asia Minor. The Ottomans thought that archaeological discoveries would remind the Albanians of their former glory. They went so far as to commit the ugliest act in history, changing the name of Illyria, after the Balkan mountains of Bulgaria. But we Albanians are not talking about how old we are, but the foreigners who have withdrawn their studies for "Atlantis", disappeared 12 thousand years ago, which was the land of the Pelasgians, who, after being rescued from its flood, started new civilizations in Europe, Africa and Asia. The peculiarity of all the figures who have spoken and spoken about our antiquity, such as historians, academics, studies, albanologists and diplomats, converge in a common opinion, saying that before the Greek language was written, a people lived in these lands which was called Pelasgian. This is how the secretary of the French Academy, Mauricio Drion, would say, "Albanians belong to peoples older than history itself, their grandfathers were the warriors of the Trojan war, led by Achilles on one side and Hector on the other". Going further in their sayings, to show how old we are, we cannot leave without mentioning the Austrian albanologist Maximilian Lambert who said: "The true history of humanity will be written when it is written with the participation of Albanians". With all the negative connotations and stereotypes that historians, researchers have demonstrated and Serbian academics, smearing and denying our history and antiquity, there were also those who spoke with the language of truth. Among them we would mention ex. the president of the academy of sciences, Jovan Cvijic, who, staying away from nationalist and insulting formulas towards Albanians, would write: "When the southern Slavs came to the Balkans, they found the Albanians as the oldest in Europe". Diplomat, writer and journalist Bratislav Nisic was on the same line, who spoke positively about the Albanians. saying that; "they are autochthonous in the Balkans, they have been able to preserve the type and character in the most pronounced way".
