Diploma 2023 at "Prenk Jakova" School Shkodër

High school graduation is a very important event moment for any teenager who completes their studies in the pre-university cycle. The diploma of maturity for a musician is a very important moment, as it determines his artistic future. At this moment, the musician decides whether he will continue his music studies or choose another field of knowledge. Children and the community of parents are today in a big 'dilemma', as a result of the labor market, to continue studying art and music. But if everyone works with care and dedication, the study of music has a future, because music is and should be treated, managed as an artistic profession. We all remember this magical moment at graduation. Psychologists call it the "maturity principle." it's when people become more extroverted, emotionally stable, agreeable, and conscientious as they get older. Of course, some individuals may change less than others, but in general, the principle of maturity applies to everyone. Therefore, the maturity in music in art takes on a special importance for the future musician and should be handled very carefully by music teachers and pedagogical staff. In 60 years, the Prenk Jakova Art School has produced thousands of students in the field of music, painting, and sculpture. Therefore, degrees in music take on a special importance for this institution of knowledge and art. Today, many parents are in a 'dilemma' about the future of the musician child, but the staff of this artistic school under the direction of Mr. Anton Kaftalli and Mrs. Manjola Zogaj, music staff, painting and general subjects are doing a very good job, to advance achievements in the field of music and painting. The graduates of the music department of the 'Prenk Jakova' School took the diploma exam on May 30, 2023, according to the relevant specialties. In these diplomas, the graduating students led by instrument teachers Rudina Jakova piano, Lukë Mllugja canto, Arenc Fani guitar, Valbona Bushati flute, Denisa Cela canto, Erlad Rragami accordion and Edmond Denelli violin presented works with artistic and pedagogical value. It should be noted that these teenagers graduating 2020-2023 have studied in 4 difficult years of the pandemic. But the students, despite these objective natural factors, presented good works with an artistic and cultural level. The parts of the diploma were very professionally selected aiming at the technical and musical side. Even the authors started from the classics like Bach, Moxart and Beethoven and with modern authors like Hektor Vila Lobos, etc. The teachers had also selected Albanian authors with many artistic values, such as Prenk Jakova and Avni Mula, etc. The music of Albanian composers should be promoted and played at all stages of musical education for future musicians. Students Jozefina Leka, Ajdis Hasani, Briken Cara, etc. stood out in these diplomas. and students of guitar, flute, violin and accordion instruments. The municipality of Shkodra should support, compile a project for the "Prenk Jakova" artistic school for the most talented children and those in need, families in need. Music needs financial and psychological support.
