In the basements of the fifteenth floor of that turbulent time, in the 1990s, the tragedy was being played out with the main authors Ramiz Alija and the determined doctor Sali Berisha, for the return of the country to the capitalist regime. The so-called democrats Azem Hajdari and Gramoz Pashko also participated, whose fate is already known. No one felt comfortable next to the communist leader, however, they were attracted as if by magic, the curiosity about the path followed towards the regime that would be established in Albania. The tension of the atmosphere, the intense heat of passion and the excess of demands of the missionary Berisha, almost even of the communist leader Alija, seemed to demand a common death, which none of them could afford. Rather, they muttered to themselves through their teeth, with the look of a man who believes, or is busy with troubled thoughts; as if they were in another place and about completely different things. They could not exchange two words and were redeemed, but they were convinced that a leap was needed in any form of conformity towards capitalism. Something gloomy and strange at the moment, a certain severity reigned around them. But soon an order was presented by the rulers of the world, which was preceded by a blank check where the amount would be determined in half by the democratic government, which had to take power and where it was clearly determined that the leader would be Dr. Sali Berisha. And from here began the incomprehensible riots by the popular masses. ?eku-bardho became the leitmotif of the destruction of all the works, where the people had poured their sweat. Privatization bonds were distributed to the people, where they were then gathered by the strong, intellectuals of all colors and some pieces of property were shared, where the echo of capitalism could be felt in this country that was finished from all sides. Only the Albanian Railway did not obey and remained indifferent and cold towards the white check. They had a kind of fear, disbelief from this fire that would consume everything, so they strongly opposed the late Azem Hajdari, when they were told that they should burn and destroy every railway vehicle and, the fate of the railway, which remained, is already known from the negligence of governments in the midst of chaos. Sali Berisha, originally a portrait in miniature, brought from the previous regime, helped by the Templars, is held as a thinking man that incites curiosity to follow him. He seeks to invite you to seek something from the soul behind that cold face. His secret cannot be outlined nor defined in those years of Albanian chaos. He ran the Democratic Party according to the instructions he received, where the primary task was to create the capitalist classes. The unsuspecting people followed him, but later realized that they were on the wrong path. However, the dictator's doctor brought close to him many people who today are or have been leaders of this crippled and disappointing power. Even worse is that he blindly believes in the creation of classes, something in the midst of an unprecedented chaos anywhere in the world. Therefore, today, he is known as a king, who is protected by Ata, who cast his shadow over three decades. He is not non-grata, behind the silence, without witnesses, without evidence, there are those who introduced him: the demon. The communist doctor is not harmed, he even destroys the Albanian parliament with the help of some worthless deputies. His son-in-law is released from detention, his son will not even know about the laws, so the whole family lives in luxury under the shadow of "Tempullar"; he pulls himself slowly, patiently, into the capitalist strait all the years, putting aside a modest bit of experience, and like a careful trader he systematizes and records in his diary his own annals of "perfection", which reproduces interests, as they give fruit the sown fields. And the white check becomes the fire, the flame of his activity and those who followed him, and the safe protection of their inviolability. Thus, Berisha remains a rebel, insurgent, active against the established order under his peaceful nature. He speaks arrogantly and wants to remain eternally unsullied by this chaos that he himself created, of course, this was his mission.
