Belind Kelliçi, a local who came like lambs in '89, slaughter the female, keep the male

Belind Kelliçi, a local who came like lambs in '89, slaughter the

Nothing is surprising. Although three decades have passed since the end of 1990. Just a few months before the fall of the communist system, a story as tragic as it was comical happened. Anyone who lived through those years remembers how the state, in free fall, used tricks to survive. The lack of livestock products from cheese to milk and especially meat, which you could not find in any store, was found as a solution to keep two lambs. One male, the other female. It was a time when the system was barely standing and its foundations were collapsing. It was the finish, where the old system gave way to the market economy. The biggest shortage was food. The mindset of the leadership of the time, scattered, finished, sought to keep a nation in the past and take a step into the future, imitating the market economy, if they were afraid that they would accuse them of being traitors to Marxism-Leninism. That's why they tolerated keeping two lambs, one of which had to be male. The directive was to slaughter females before they reach reproductive age. The reason was not to expand private property. Everything was controlled and done with a dropper. A well-known journalist of those years, when he met the team returning from the villages to clarify the directive of the Labor Party for two lambs per family, asked them not without irony: - Well, dear, how do you manage to distinguish which of the lambs is it male and which is female, because this requires a period when they grow up? Embarrassed by the journalist's question, the boys smiled and said that the villagers have developed intuition and know these things well. This story belongs to three decades ago and should normally have been archived in the vault of oblivion as one of the feats of the time we left behind, filled with paradoxes, which are countless. And this detail is peripheral compared to many tragic and comic events that time produced daily. We would not bring this story to our attention, if we were not familiar with a similar scenario that has a surprising symmetry despite 35 years of democratic system that we claim to build. But why did we bring this detail to the lines of this analysis and what is the reason? A few days ago, the candidate who emerged from the "Reestablishment" primaries, who aims to win Tirana under the slogan of winning, as well as the whole of Albania within the framework of electoral promises to win the vote of the capital city, declared for free urban transport, without age exception, gender or distances. Just stay at the station. Waiting for the buses that stop with the doors open, getting on, getting comfortable in the seat and walking across Tirana. Get off at Kashar, stop at Ndroq and wherever you want. This whole walk is free. You don't need money, nor carry a wallet or check the ticket at the electronic cash register, like all over the world. Everything will be a gift. Are we not the sons of Mother Teresa who served from one corner to the other corner of the world, only for charity and did not know money at all? We are not analyzing the cost, nor the size of the urban bus fleet that must take hundreds - thousands of citizens to their destination to perform the necessary services. Not even the endless amounts of fuel, because the buses don't run on water, but on diesel. Not even for services and their replacement due to physical wear and tear. All these require millions of euros for which no explanation is given, where will they be found and how will they be planned in the municipal budget? What if they will be municipal property and dozens of travel agencies that have a large park in which they have invested millions over the years will be thrown on the street? Will these tools be nationalized for public interests or will their owners be paid cash by the municipality according to Mr. Kelliçi's strategy? As soon as I heard this statement, apart from the story of the lambs of the Çarçani government, Belindi probably wasn't born, the promises of his leadership years ago, where before the elections, not only spoons of gold, blank checks, but also forgiveness of obligations for energy and the water. And not a few Albanians even today think that they deserve free energy and water. In the end, why were they invested in the electoral fields to pay for the energy? Yes, the promise of free passenger transportation in Tirana, made after three decades from 1990, is truly a paradox that transcends all borders. It is a promise that contradicts every law of the market economy and reality itself. That here we are not talking about a limited number or category and social strata, such as disabled people with physical problems, students or pupils, but simply, without any limitation, the whole people. This proposal is made by the candidate of the right, which in its philosophy protects the right to property and can never seek a communist solution in a capitalist system. The promise of a free trip to the capital from Këlliçi did not stop at simply removing the ticket. The most interesting was the idea of ??selecting citizens who use public transport in the city. This is where the idea of ??the candidate goes deeper and becomes more interesting. And it's happening like with the "Çarçani" government lambs, where the male lamb, which could be kept, and the female lamb, which had to be slaughtered, had to be separated. Even travelers to Tirana will be selected. Locals and newcomers will be separated. Insiders with outsiders. Albanians with foreigners. Belindi is very concerned about the categorization, native and newcomer, it is close to her heart. Not once has he operated with the category and reports, native - autochthonous, ancestral. Although over 900 thousand inhabitants in Tirana belong to all of Albania. But how will Kelliçi verify the locals, the old and the young, with those who have recently arrived in this city? At the stations where the city buses stop, a crowd of citizens waits. The urban gate opens. Who will select the travelers to divide them into locals who travel for free and those who come from the districts to receive a service in the central institutions, the ministry, the prime minister or simply for tourism, who will pay? What will be the distinguishing mark to make the difference, native and newcomer Albanian, Mexican, Dutch, Nigerian or Afghan? The idea of ??a free trip to the city of Tirana after the victory of Belind Këlliç, is truly a pearl promise, unheard of until today. This promise rivals all other promises, even those of multiplying salaries by his leader. Although it looks like a utopia, what sets this promise apart is the originality and pomposity that the next day in the urban service in Tirana is free and this is the solemn word of Belind Këlliç. This promise will never be propaganda or deception. Oh,
